Samson was fantastic. He offered us a private boat tour, focusing on our personal preferences. Would recommend to everybody, 10/10.

This was our best day on Faroe Islands thanks to Samson and his sister Kristianna.
You could feel how much they loved their country and culture when they told all their stories, showed the nature and presented the food.
It was very authentic and so warm hearted that you felt humbled and lucky to get such a great experience.
We can highly recommend the tour - it is worth every krone!

Being on a tour with Boat gave us a completely unique and personal experience. This was something I can't imagine anyone else created and I can recommend it to everyone. Samson is both skilled and friendly, ensuring that everyone will get memories for life.

Super fun and very professional trip:
3 people, we fished about 50 kg of fish within 4 hours. We got wetsuits and great fishing equipment, even hot coffee. Our guide knows a lot about fishing there. We met at one PM and there was enough time to catch the ferry that same evening.

Samson took us on a trip at his ancestral fjord and shared interesting stories and anecdotes while we took in the beautiful natural surroundings with puffins, mallemuks and other seabirds flying by. We fished at several locations while looking out for seals, and managed to catch six different types of fish with enough fish to last for at least a week! We can highly recommend a fishing trip with Samson in an authentic fishing boat and look forward to another trip when we visit again.

Me and my friends had an excellent time during the trip. Samson was an extremely knowledgable guide and told us many interesting stories and facts about the Faroe Islands. I would definitely recommended taking the guided/fishing tour as it is really worth it to see some of the beautiful sights and there's plenty time for angling afterwards.

Although it might be a bit more expensive then your regular fishing trip, it is, in my experience, 100% worth it because of the effort and time put into it. All together it was one of the best things we experienced while on the Faroe Islands and I would recommend to everyone visiting.

My adult family and I wanted to to go on an unaccompanied boat trip for pleasure and fishing on a very short notice. We were happy to learn, that Samson is an extraordinarily friendly skipper, that fixed it, so ended up with two beautiful days at Funningsfjørður catching cod, haddock, whiting and more spectacular relatives cusk and blue ling. All due to Samson’s skilled advice on both safety and fishing spots.

We had the best experience! Would recommend for everyone visiting Faroe Island. You get an authentic fishing experience, an awesome guide who also shows you the cliffs and caves while telling stories about the area. We caught huge fish on our trip and also saw puffins and seals.
You are provided warm waterproff clothing, fishing rod, hooks and bait and get to keep the fish that you catch. If you want them cut out for you your guide will help you do that as well.
It was by far the best experience we had and we will do it again next summerz.

We had a fantastic time. To get out on the water in a traditional Faroese boat was a truly magical experience. And we caught many Cod and Haddock. I highly recommend!

Samson gave us a really fantastic experience! I cannot recommend working with Samson and Boat.fo enough. He really went beyond the requirements to make sure that we had a great experience. We ended up catching many cod and other species in the fjord. The boat itself was very nice and made for an authentic cruise through the bay.
