I really like the simplicity of the app. I haven't encountered too many issues with it and it always seems to run smoothly. The one thing I've found that I don't like is with the advance option, it will drain your account on the day of the advance repayment instead of waiting to remove it once you've received your next deposit, and that's honestly quite an awful inconvenience that makes me want to not use the advance feature or just stop using the app altogether.

B9 in one of the best digital wallet platforms has everything at your fingertips including quick wiring of funds and direct deposit. B9 is truly an amazing platform.

My account was hacked and funds were released without my consent I get my funds back and week later and now 10/22/25 I can't access my funds have to wait another week.

Easy to use! I get paid early and like I can transfer to other cards.

Best app ive got on my phone

My bank account gets a direct deposit once a month more than three months yet 3 finance companies say it's dormant. One fee after another. My direct deposit will be moved. FACT

I live B9. I love the paycheck advance that rises every time you pay. It has no interest or nothing. I All around love this app

I have came across some poor online banking apps but B9 takes the cake. I noticed $750 dollars missing from my checking account a total of $750 over the course of several months it was supposedly a recurring withdrawl into a venmo account linked to me, yes i do have a venmo account howeve4 the dates did not correspond with one another actually weren't even close. When i contacted support my accouht was immediately closed the venmo charges in the recurring tab in the app dissappear and was given no explanation what so ever. Worst customer support worsr banking app and worst decision ill never make again!

B9 wants me to set up direct deposit with them before I can get an advance. I’m perfectly happy with the bank I’m with and don’t want to change. Plus I can’t work and only get government disability checks in which I make plenty to pay back advance. I think I’ll just stick to Brigit. No changing banks, no credit checks, I get 50$ in 30 seconds, and I don’t have to have a job to get an advance. Plus they work with my go2bank account. I only connect my bank with
Plaid, they verify my income and I’m all set with them. More apps need to be like Brigit.

Lost of odd fees but I do enjoy easy access to my money

B9 told me when my money will be in my account at certain time and it was there just like they said

Allowed a triple payment of $200 for one purchase took a week to get 1 payment back still waiting 3 weeks later for the last $200 to come back that is ridiculous I you ask me nobody willing to resolve the issue!
