I am writing this review because I want every customer to be fully aware of how this company operates. They sell used cars, yet they do not offer any garantiordning—even though they are a big company that sells both new and used cars. In many cases, if you just check Finn, you will see that even small car dealers offer bruktbilgaranti for 3 or 6 months. This company clearly only wants to sell cars without taking even the slightest responsibility for what they are selling.
When I checked the same car model and brand, I found a company in Drammen offering the same car at a lower price, with lower kilometers, and including bruktbilgaranti. On top of that, the salesperson—just a regular employee named Andreas—was extremely rude, completely unaccommodating, and even started an argument with me.
He was so disrespectful that, after already speaking with my bank and knowing they would send the confirmation email, he still told me, “You have to wait for me to get the email.” Oh my God, what does he think of me? That I would just run off with the car? It took him literally a few seconds to receive the email. He acts like he is working in a box with zero empathy for the customer.
I explained that I only wanted to drive the car to a nearby store—just a 3-minute drive—to check the rust treatment. But he treated me like a criminal. I honestly think he is racist and assumes that every foreigner has bad intentions. I will be reporting this company to Forbruker.no for selling used cars without following angrefristloven and without offering any garantiordning.
By the way, I also asked about the garantiordning from the beginning, and this employee didn’t even bother to give me any information about it. The next day, when I came back and asked why small companies on Finn offer garantiordning, that was the only time he printed some papers and said, “No, we don’t sell with that included. You need to buy it yourself.” He is incredibly rude.
Do not buy a used car from this company. The prices are much higher than elsewhere, the employee named Andreas is extremely rude, and bruktbilgaranti is not included.
Drammen er way more reasonable with their prices and bruktbil garanti.
Btw the selger is Andreas a senior selger with a very bad attitude.I read a bad review with him in google review.The nerves of that seller!I just hoped the executives if Bnh Bærum avdeling is reading this.
