They stole my money

They stole my money.
No in- or outgoing transfers possible anymore.
Card expired in 10/2022 and no new card supplied.

Update: Remaining balance from my account was refunded after manual processing

Ive been with them 3 years all of a sudden last week card disappeared from apple pay balance got frozen then 1 week no iban no replies ... whatsapp email etc allnot working but then 1 week later card works again iban re appeared it Allowed me to transfer my entire balance out but is still rejecting incoming transfers and no replies to emails ive lost an icoming transfer of 500 euros its awful ive been happy for years and now i will never trust them again ... no bank does this how are they trading with no phone number no email no whatsapp its a disgrace

Avoid at all cost. Scam

Out of nowhere my account got suspended. No email, no text, nothing. Customer support does not answer. They have no phone number. Their community, WhatsApp and telegram communications stopped working. They don’t answer to my emails. Seems I just lost over EURO 1000 thanks to this rogue company. Feels like a total scam. Would 500% not recommend. Use N26 or something if you want a solid online bank. Horrible.

Don’t get ripped off, don’t use BNC10. Avoid at all cost.

Fraud

Fraud, run away. I opened and account with them, I put some money and they they locked me out. I lost all my money and support does not reply to my emails.

bad customer support, not really good service, high bureaucracy.

Hello All,

I opened the bank account last year. I got a card. And everything was fine.

Recently I moved to Spain, and I recharged my BNC10 account via debit card from the UK.
After 5 days I still don't see the money updated in my account.

The customer service asked me to provide more info:
1) Selfie with passport
2) document from my bank
3) reason for opening an account

So, Is it normal to ask all these documents afterwards my account was open and I already got a card?

Now, I am pretty sure to open a dispute with my bank in the UK trying to get back my 200euros, because they haven't been updated in my account.

This service is NOT really excellent as it appears to be online.
The entire bank process flow has some issue, and it must be checked again.

Dear Sir / Madam,

We are sorry to inform that Your BNC10 card account has been temporary suspended and is currently unavailable.

In accordance with / , Directive (EU) 2018/843 of the European Parliament and of the Council, as well as internal procedures, the clarification of transactions to/from your account is required.

We kindly ask for detailed explanation of your BNC10 account activities, therefore please:

1. Send us selfie (self-portrait photography) holding Your identification document in hands (coloured, clearly visible, good quality scanned copy/photography of ID card, passport or drivers licence).
2. Specify the purpose of BNC10 card account usage
3. Send us information about the flow of funds through your BNC10 card account (incoming/outgoing payments) - explain economic relation between you and senders/recipients.
4. Provide us with the documents related to account loading/spending (agreements, payment orders, payslips etc)

As soon as all relevant information will be received from you, we will forward the documents to relevant department, we will do our utmost to finalize the review as soon as possible. Please kindly note we may ask for clarifying information additional question, which will intern will be sent to your email.

If you are not willing to present any of above requested information, you have a right to withdraw from the Agreement and discontinue further cooperation with BNC10.

To access the available balance of your BNC10 card account, we kindly ask to provide:

· Selfie (self-portrait photography) holding Your identification document in hands (clearly visible, good quality);
· Your bank account statement with another bank (scanned document of good quality with all 4 corners visible in pdf, png or jpg formats, not older than 90 days and must contain Your name/surname, IBAN).

Please be kindly informed we do not accept Stripe, PayPal, PaySera, Transferwise and similar financial institutions IBAN, as it is technically not possible to initiate refund to e-money institutions.

After receipt of the above documentation, we will in turn we shall confirm steps to access the funds, please note that this may vary depending on the circumstances of each case.

Your understanding and cooperation is highly appreciated.

Blocked my account on the first top-up, scam!

Blocked my account on the first top-up of only €29 and started asking for super sensitive information. This is not how you build a client base, trust me, all the other neobanks are years ahead of you. I’m gonna start a charge-back with my bank and I’ll never use you guys again. Scammers.

EDIT: They ended up loading the money on my account and pretty much blamed it on me with some cheap talk about not having the system loaded on my side or something like that. Took them 8 days to solve my issue. They do not work during weekends, that's outrageous for a bank that only offers WhatsApp (lol) support. Never using them again!

404 Costumer Service not found!

If you think about entering the world of financial services and want people to trust their money with you, at least make sure to set up a costumer service team which is actually capable of the most basic thing: answering your clients.
I made a card transaction and wanted to get a "proof document" in order to confirm it. Since I couldn't get one from the app itself I decided to contact CS through their WhatsApp channel. They eventually answered and said I would be getting such document. Since the 7th of January I have been waiting for it. No answer whatsoever.
The only upside was getting some beer money from their referral programme.
Shameful and disgusting!

Where can I start

Where can I start. I was using BNC10 to transfer money from referral bonuses as the account is based in Spain and it doesn't have a processing fee like Transferwise does. On a day when I transferred £150 into the account, they restricted my account as they wanted to verify me some more. After I had done their verification the money was not in my account. This was over a month ago and I am still waiting for a reply as to where my money is. Other than this there is £40 in my account which I cannot withdraw, I keep getting an error message when I try. Just under £200 is stuck in BNC10 and their customer service is useless. Stay away!

Caution advised for now!

*UPDATED: After two days of waiting, they answered on whatsapp and I got these 10 euro returned to my account. Maybe bnc10 has future ahead of it, the conception is good, but such problems won't help them to become alternative of Revolut or Monese. For now: caution advised!*
I registered by invitation, deposited 25 euro and got 10 euro reward. After that I referred my friend and got another 10 euro reward. My balance was 45 euro. I thought - everything is super.
Till waiting for my requested debit card to arrive, I transferred 35 euro to my Revolut account. After that my balance logically dropped to... 0 (zero) euro. 10 euro disappeared! I wrote to all possible support options: support(at)bnc10.com, hola(at)bnc10.com, whatsapp chat - no response!
The same happened with the friend I referred - his 10 euro reward disappeared during the registration of his virtual bnc10 card in Revolut, and another 1 euro was hold for the card registration. So he even has -1 euro as a result (25 euro deposit to bnc10, 24 euro back to Revolut).
