The worst service I have ever received
The worst service I have ever received. I worked with them with v12 coffee to go.
You cannot simply cancel your subscription in your account since you are not the one who did the purchase (V12 coffee to go helped me to set up via app).
Therefore, I do not have access to the email or the web account. Also, the Gmail address no longer exists because the v12 deleted the account. This is the worst experience ever with the hidden subscription. Stay away from this company. They do not even have customer support. They only operate through their system, which I do not have access to. In their iOS app, there is no one who can help or advise me. Stay away from this company
