Backend of the website changed the delivery country although the billing adress was correct and I left the "billing adress is the same as shipping adress" box ticked.
Result was that delivery took about four weeks and I was forced to pay double customs. After mailing them about my predicament they just waved me off and blamed me.
This shop is located in the UK, so after the Brexit in 2021 and above 22€, you need to pay the local taxes and Custom fees when you send something to Europe. I ordered something from this shop, above 22€ and was not aware this shop is located in the UK. It is not mentioned on the website or it gave me a warning before ordering the product. Conclustion: for the G grip product of 49 pound + 10 pound shipping I had to pay 18,6€ custom fees and 11,56€ Belgian taxes in total 30,16€ extra fees to pay to get the product delivered so payed in total 99,12€ for the product, normally 59 pound = 68,96€
