I received the rear luggage carrier for…Van Moof S5

I received the rear luggage carrier for the Van Moof S5 within 2 weeks and it is fine, except that the screws but not the nuts were supplied. No problem, has been solved. The front carrier (Front Basket) was also received but unfortunately it does not fit the Van Moof S5. It is as if it is bent. The package arrived rather battered. I have tried several times to contact Blurby Bike's info mail address but unfortunately receive no response. I would like to return the product and receive my money (EUR 96) back for this worthless product. I asked my questions in Dutch but now see that this is a Hungarian company. Did you not understand my questions? Please tell me where I can send the product back to and receive my money back.

Happy with my new bike!

I recently purchased a Blurby e-bike, and I couldn't be happier. Its sleek, sturdy design and powerful motor make uphill climbs and long rides effortless. The battery life and power are quite impresive. Highly recommended.

You placed your order at 11:07 and it was dispatched 2.5h later at 13:45 when DPD picked it up from our warehouse. It will arrive to you in 2 business days. You can check detailed info with your DPD tracking number: 16380109256503

Also on our website is a public customer support phone number that has the shipping details for you. A customer support email address whereby contacting us you can get the shipping details. And a customer support chat that you can contact to get the shipping details.

We are planning to give exact info for shipping times in the order confirmation email as well but different products can have different delivery times.

I apologize for the delay. There is a shortage with the X3 fenders currently which are sold out. There are plenty of S3 and S5 fenders in stock and the shortage only affects the X3. We have refunded your money 2 hours ago when you requested the cancelation. If you want us to inform when it arrives in stock hten let us know.
