Numerous emails to support@moofmender have been sent without response and unable to contact by phone. This is a common theme with customers.
I’m now having to go through my bank to recover the money.
Their website needs taking down to protect other ‘customers’. One star is too much tbh!
Total scam. Do not trust
I ordered 2 sets of brake pads and a bell button on 11 Jan 2026. The order was confirmed and I received an email saying that the order was being prepared and they would notify me when it was sent. Then nothing. Nearly two months since the expected delivery date. I have emailed support, replied the original email and left messages on the website chat with no reply. I found a phone number which nobody answered. Shamelessly their website says that they are under new ownership and focused on dependable service. What a joke.

Be very cautious about buying anything from MoofMender. I bought 2 items from them. One arrived and the other one didn't. I wrote to them and asked them to send through the items, and they said they would, but it never arrived. I have sent them a number of further emails - but they do not reply. So they have my money - and have not sent out the item. I asked them to give me my money back - with no reply. Very upsetting.

Order for E BIKE CHARGER from Moofmender.
04/01/2026. Ordered a charger for my Vanmoof e bike on the Moofmender website. Paid extra for a delivery within 3 days. Didn't arrive. No updates from Moofmender on non delivery. Been sending e mails and getting no response. A phone number is quoted on web page but it's an unobtainable number. Tried to check my order by the transaction number given at order time. It's not recognised.
Checked the money transaction on my banking app. Money has been paid to JLM Retail Group LTD. Appears Moofmender is part of the JLM retail group. JLM retail group have a website with an email address for inquiries. Been sending emails to JLM but getting no response. Have now reported this to my bank for assistance.
Ignored Repeatedly Until Threatened With Court Action
Ordered a spare charger for my new S5, Ignored for a while via email, ended up sending a letter-before-action (court warning) that I was going to sue them, they then sent the part next day.
Claimed to have previously sent the part, but has not provided evidence or tracking stating that, judging by their behaviour after this (one person pretending to be multiple people on a support page), i sadly believe this to be another dishonest practise.

I’ve used Moof Menders before and while the delivery took longer than expected, at least it turned up. This time I have had nothing (order is over 1 month late) and thy are actively avoiding my calls.
Guys - you e got a great idea, just back it up with some customer service and do yourselves a favour
Ordered a charger
Ordered a charger, supposed to have been delivered 20th May, have contacted the seller multiple times, no response to any messages. I see I’m not alone best avoided.

Ordered a charger, which was supposed to arrive a week later. Two weeks later, I recieved an email to say my order was being packed. Two months later, and I have no charger and on the website my order is marked as 'We've received your order.'
I have tried leaving messages on their chat system on the website, and sent 5 emails to 'customer services'. I have never received a response.
Have reported the company to Shopify, who handled the payment, to Trading Standards and my debit card company.

Certified scam
Placed an order on January the 7th. Got no updates a month after and tried emails, Reddit comments and contact forms. Not a single answer (I am writing this on the 24th of February).
As others suggested I started the appeal process with my bank.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER.
Order not fulfilled
Ordered a charger for an S3 on 19 December. Received a shipping notification on 31 December (no problem wasn't expecting fast deliveries around Christmas. But it's now 12 January and the tracking still says Evri haven't received the parcel yet. So presumably stuck at a warehouse (or maybe there is just a shipping label waiting for a parcel?). Emailed customer support but so far no response. Guess I'll give it another week before starting the chargeback process.
Update on the 19th January I was able to start the chargeback process with my bank. The following day moofmender emailed me (they had ignored all emails up until then) and said they had shipped (they actually said reshipped even though the carrier never received the initial parcel from them according to their tracking) and the item arrived on 23 January. So perservere if you haven't had your delivery and don't hesitate to use your bank to force them and you might get your delivery. I wouldn't buy from them again though as it's not worth the hassle. Cost both me and my bank time and money to chase.
MoofMender is a scam
I bought the brake pads on September 30 and, until now I got nothing.
No one responds to the phone, emails or chat: I tried countless times.
Because I only see terrible feedback and excellent feedback, I am led to conclude that it is a well-organized fraud.

Moofmender are the worst company I’ve dealt with in terms of customer service - constantly chasing for response to query on faulty s3 gears and not resolved, they refuse to speak to me just send messages by email and normally after weeks chasing ..

Nothing delivered & no contact at all
Placed an order (Smartunit Electrified S 2017) on July 9th. My order did not arrive and I do not get any follow up e-mails or any contact.

Update August 7: I sent a mail to support and got straight away response that my order will be sent the same day and that I will receive a confirmation from the postal company. I did not get the confirmation. And after sending 7 emails to the support mail address I did not get any reply at all. No package has been delivered until
Today.
