No recommendation
Unfortunately, I have to share my bad experience with Everbrent GmbH’s customer service today. A few months ago, I bought some Blumenthal brand towels via Otto. Unfortunately, these towels shed so much lint that they can no longer be used, as the lint transfers to other clothes during washing and is very difficult to remove. The only solution is to rinse the washing machine several times. I’m afraid I cannot recommend the brand or the company. After contacting customer service, I was told that this is normal wear and tear for the towels and does not constitute a quality defect. I do not find this a satisfactory outcome, and it is not my expectation that I should have to throw away towels after just a few months. For this reason, I cannot recommend the company or the brand to others.
