I placed the order a few days ago and they asked me to update my address. I sent them many emails and got no response.I asked where my order is but I'm not getting an answer. I hope I don't lose my money.

I will have to update my post, a week after posting my last review he resent the package with what i assume is the missing items (havent been home n opend the package yet) indicating that he wanna do whats right

As they had a good selection of health supplements, but after placing an order, NOTHING happened. Waited nearly 3 weeks and received nothing. No response to my emails. Nada

I deeply regret ever placing an order with Pure Welt. This company is an absolute joke—or more accurately, a scam. I paid for products that I never received, and after countless emails, messages, and attempts to reach out, I’ve been met with total silence. Not a single response. Not even an automated “we got your message.” Nothing.

They were quick to take my money but completely vanished afterward. No tracking info, no updates, no customer service—just radio silence. It honestly feels like this company exists solely to take people’s money and disappear.

Avoid Pure Welt like the plague. Save your time, money, and sanity. If you’re reading this because you’re thinking about buying something—DON’T. You’ll thank yourself later.

Very bizzare to read the reviews. Ive order two times from them, and i saw this page after my first order. it arrived so i did the second either way - it arrived as well

Are you guys updating to early and having the situation solved later on? ive sent email to the guy and he responds. so you guys should really post a update on your reviews

On 2nd of May I have bought 5 bottles of iodine, but I still did not receive products order No. JJD149990200013868614. According to track shippment, it is still in Germany, not in Croatia. Please send my order.

sends out old products with less than 2 month shelflife.

you cant even manage to consume the products before the best before date runs out.

40Eur products with less than 2 month before too old.

1 product that was too old in march this year, illegal to sell.

and the rest had very short shelf life too.

very bad company.

I payed products with card, after 2 weeks no products,no answer on mail or phone.

I ordered vitamins February 1, 2023. Paid through PayPal, which I hadn't wanted. They've never sent the product nor refunded my money. They don't answer e-mails, except once by a "Torben", but nothing. I'm even blocked from their website. PayPal hasn't responded to my request for refund. TOTAL SCAM! I'm now contacting my National Police for cyber crime and looking for German cyber crime/fraud office. Anyone know how to contact them?
