The team at Blue Wealth helped me secure an investment property for $367,000, now just under two years later I have had the same property valued at $431,000! With an increase in value of over $60,000 it's safe to say I am very pleased with their work! 10/10 absolutely recommend them.

Have to say my expectations have been exceeded time and time again with Bluewealth. As a first time investor its very daunting when trying to navigate property investments. A friend of mine recommended Blue Wealth back in 2016 as we were looking to buy our first investment property through our Self Managed Super Funds (SMSF). I have bought two interstate properties over the last five years with Blue Wealth. One of them has already grown and the other has pretty much stayed still, but both of them have good tenants and are covering their costs. Some of my friends question whether I would have been better investing in my home state of Sydney, but how many of them had a lazy $1m to invest in a market that was going to return a low rental return. Time has told me, none of them. The truth is that without Blue Wealth, their research and their property selection I doubt I would have invested at all, and I am confident about taking advantage of low interest rates, sitting it out and letting the property cycles do their thing. I cannot put into words how positive my experience has been with buying an investment property through Blue Wealth. It all started 3 years ago when I first sat down with a big dream of owning my own, not actually thinking that was possible for me. They provide you with all of your personalized information for your property through an app that makes the process so seamless. I found myself excited to tick off everything on my "checklist' page and was provided with all the tools and updates as they happened. I have now settled and was assigned a tenant within a week! My rental yield is 4.5% and I am already making money off my property! When I look back at what Blue Wealth has created for this single gal's future, I can't help but feel so proud. Dealing with Blue Wealth has changed the way we do business and has grown our business dramatically. Gone are the days of “investor stock” now we design our buildings to fit the owner occupier market.

Let me try this again so that hard working families and individuals are aware before flushing away their hard-owned money and end up in the same hell and stress that I'm in now because of blue wealth.

Thanks to their glossy brochures and colourful graphs, I got sucked into buying a property from them and was also deceived by the mortgage broker who later I found out was being paid commission by blue wealth to bring in clients.

I purchased a property from them for ~500K. They promised steady growth and positive cash-flow of 550 per week in rent. Immediately after settlement, I could not rent it for more than 400/w. The unit was also worth 350K with similar properties on the same street and brand new. Now the unit is renting for 410/w and is still worth no more than 350K.

The biggest mistake I did was believe these people and my deceiving broker at the time who took me there in the first place with blatant lies.

The property I bought from blue wealth has crushed my investment portfolio dreams and has been a huge burden on me ever since. It Is heavily negative geared and I’m pouring cash from my wages to cover the mortgage, I feel so sad but what can I do now, I don’t know. I have no choice but to sell it soon at a huge loss as I cannot afford to hold it any longer.

I suggest everyone to do their own research before signing any contracts from blue wealth. I wish someone had told me this before walking into their office.

I bought an investment property through Blue Wealth a couple of years ago and it is coming up to settlement now - what a time to be settling property! The team at Blue Wealth have been so helpful. The valuation came in strong and I already have a tenant lined up to move in on the day it settles, even during this crazy lockdown!!!

I bought an investment in Footscray in Melbourne 2 years ago and it delivered everything that was promised. Dealing with Blue Wealth made it so much easier for me as I was based in Dubai. Never have I understood the importance on purchasing from a quality builder till my last visit down to Melbourne. I had the opportunity to inspect the apartment I purchased from Blue Wealth Property in Brunswick East. I absolutely fell in love with the property and was actually envious of the tenant with the location of the building. I was very impressed with the finishes and the rooftop view from the property. There are many other buildings in the suburb but nothing really comes close in terms of the façade from the street. Thanks to Blue Wealth Property as I never thought I will be able to purchase an investment property so great for my budget.
