Very easy user interface, fast delivery

I ordered the Bluetti AC50S Portable Power Station + PV120 Solar Panel. The unit failed. I called a few times with no success and reached out about the issue well within warranty coverage.

This was a big purchase for me. Almost $1000 dollars as a gift for my friend in Puerto Rico so her family would be safe during natural disasters.

This company had the nerve to tell me that the warranty is no covered 'outside of the continental US'

I don't understand why they won't just fix the problem. I feel robbed.

The Bluetti EB3A is the powerhouse I need as a car nomad. It has all features I need to charge, and it is very compact. I can charge with the solar panel, dc and 12 v. The demand of energy whilst living in your car is enorm. Bluetti gives a suitable solution for this challenge.

I purchased the new Apex 300 in combination with a 350W PV panel. In just 5 days I received my order and I was amazed. Everything from design to functionality is 5-star. Power delivery and battery life of the Apex 300 are exactly as advertised, the app experience is great. Solar panel is a high quality monocrystaline and delivered 320W right after deployment, even before optimising the angle. Last and not the least, support is fast and extremely helpful.

Great support. I was one day too late for the discount but Wendy of the HD reacted great. I’m super satisfied with performance and looks. One suggestion to Bluetti: provide a pouch for all the cables to click on te back of the AC180.

I would not buy products from this company, I just bought a brand new EB3A, it is incredibly loud when charging. I dont understand why, this is not advertised.

Lucky for me I bought one of their cheaper models. But still 250euro for something barely useful is a bit crazy

I must say that I decided to purchase bluetti thanks to the YouTube channel DDS,excellent reviews from a professional. We already bought the elite 200 v2 (incredible performance and top notch quality )and we just bought one 200 v2 more and the new one elite 100 v2. We are into professional electronics and bluetti is so far the best energy station in the market. Keep up with the good job!

The test has shown: we can go a day and a night without shore power with the Bluetti 180. Class!!

Shipment, assistance, performance

Having discovered Bluetti less than a week ago I looked at several YouTube reviews to learn more about their products. I signed up for an account via their site and low & behold, became a fortunate winner of an AC2A Power Station.
I din't believe that products arrived out of thin air but the lucky dip spinner provided me with a free small, power station that allowed me to see the product and I have to confirm it was delivered exactly as described, without any hassles.
The product is brilliant, looks good and does exactly as it says, plus the app via the phone works perfectly and I will be purchasing a more powerful system to run the electrical system in my Surf Wagon.
Gone are the days of complex electrical systems when you can purchase an off the shelf power station to do all the necessary work for you - thanks for the surprise experience Bluetti.

The online purchase of Bluetti battery AC180 was an easy and pleasant process. The purchase happen on the 8th of July and on the 10th of July I was receiving the product. During the purchase process I forgot to enter a discount code and after I informed the Bluetti Customer Service team of that, they rapidly refund me the value of the discount. I still don't have any conclusions about the quality of the battery, but until now I am very pleased with my Bluetti experience.

My experience so far has been with my purchase from Bluetti. I can say it was a smooth, hassle-free experience, handled clearly and transparently. Since I haven't received the equipment yet, I can't comment on its performance or quality. I'll create another review in due course.

Numerous products are out of stock. A comparator or wizard can help buyer to make the better product selection. No answer from the servicedesk regardign Bucks points not taken into account in several cases. No visibility on a delivery date for the moment. FR servicedesk phone on maintenance and message not really in French (kind of Frenglish).

Great Products. I use it as USV solution to keep my IT up and running. Works great and stable.
