I have one ac300 with 2 B300, and one apex300 with 2 B300k, my house is full autonomy in solar énergy, with solarX 4K. No facture for the country.

I own multiple Bluetti devices and none of them failed me. One had a fan issue, but that was solved easily. Customer support is helpful, patient and knowledgeable. When my big EP unit was installed, they helped out in the evening time to get the unit online.

One of my units stopped working and as this unit was no longer available, Bluetti kindly sent me one of their brand new units with a larger battery capacity, no questions asked.

Good quality product, great appearance, works as designed

I purchased a 100 V2 elite and love it, however the price dropped shortly after, I contacted customer service, Wendy came to my help.
I have now received a cash adjustment and been able to buy a solar panel to improve my setup. Purchasing through Bluetti and having there support is fantastic.

I was looking for Powerstations and consulted many brands. I had a small Anker power bank and always read good things about it. After a lot of searching, I narrowed it down to four brands: Anker, Jackery, EcoFlow, and Bluetti.
But considering my needs for flexibility, expandability, looks, size, and reliability in many areas, one stood out as the winner: Bluetti.
After asking a few questions, I also found that the custom service was top-notch. The prices are all comparable, but a nice personal discount is always appreciated. I've since purchased my Apex300 with trolley and extra battery.
Very fast delivery times with good communication (to the Netherlands), and the products look fantastic, work perfectly, and are easy to use. Very satisfied.
