known Ian Bell, from the Shanghai office, for nearly 20 years. He is honest, open and easy to deal with. For someone like myself, who is not money minded, Ian provides clear information and helpful advice that has proved valuable over the years. I would recommend Ian to anyone in Shanghai looking for financial advice and support. I left 9 years ago but still use Ian because he is so good at what he does.

Working with Blue Star and James has been an incredibly valuable experience. They have a high service level, expertise and competence, and offer many options for you to create a strong short and long term financial plan. I also noticed that in no way are they aggressive in pushing products, they are focused on your goals and providing you with solutions to evaluate together. I highly recommend Blue Star.

Had an issue with the main payment method.
Representative (broker agent) is quite fast to react though.
A hotline and responses to the email clients send directly on the contact email listed on the website would help.
The platform functionalities are lacking a little too.

I am working with Ian Bell in Shanghai. I find him to be knowledgeable, attentive and proactive in his management of my investments. We hold regular reviews to understand the markets, adjust portfolios and ensure they continue to meet my family needs. This is incredibly helpful as I need to know I have someone I can trust looking after my investments, as this is not something I generally spend much time on.

I have been advised by David Biggam for several years now and his service has been impeccable. He has only recently joined Bluestar so it is a little early to write a full review of their performance but so far it has been faultless.
