The restaurant staff were absolutely…
The restaurant staff were absolutely rude. It’s not just my opinion. If you come for breakfast (between 8 and 10), you’re not allowed to enter the dining room twice (you can’t even go to the loo, haha). A rude blonde (staff member) told me in no uncertain terms that if I did that again, I wouldn’t be allowed back in (wtf?). Even though I hadn’t taken anything from the table back to my room.
The man next to me picked up an apple to eat later – the staff member caught up with him and demanded that he put the apple back on the table!. This is absolutely ridiculous. My sister, who is over 50, has problems with her legs; she is a very neat and quiet woman, always polite. We were sitting at a table for four and she took off her shoes to rest her leg on a spare chair under the table, which was unnoticeable to those around us. The rude staff rudely demanded she vacate the chair, despite her explanation that her leg was hurting. They yanked the chair out from under her and took it away, along with all the chairs nearby. This is absolute madness. Hotel management – you’ve got a CONCENTRATION CAMP here.
Also. The disco/music starts at... 9–10 pm (!) every evening and goes on until midnight. There’s absolutely no soundproofing, and when I’m in my room I can’t even hear the person next to me speaking over the noise. Let alone get any sleep. When everywhere else in the world there’s a curfew from 10 pm and the police turn up for noise violations – here, at 10 pm, the disco starts! The management turns it on! Also, there are loads of people who are absolutely plastered! As I was approaching my room, I saw my neighbour, who was completely drunk (there was a stag party with four lads from the north), breaking down my door! He’d got the wrong room. But I was absolutely terrified!
He was banging on my door so hard that the plaster was falling off! He was absolutely plastered and could barely stand up!
The only thing I liked and want to mention is the cleaning ladies – they’re really lovely. Smiling and polite. It’s as if they’re apologising for the whole mess.

Really poor experience and a huge let down.
0 stars for food as it is poor quality and not something I would suggest anyone should eat.
Some of the staff where really helpful and great to talk with others where just point blank rude. Room and balcony could do with a better clean with hair being in the beds and a dirty floor on the balcony looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. Damage to sockets and shower glass. No English channels on the TV what made it hard to entertain my child at bed time.
Over all I would let suggest using bluesea to anyone.
Amazing location , budget apartment
Amazing location , very basic accommodation for the money . Sadly
Experienced cockroaches in the room and so did many others on the complex . Rooms 125 and 126 require an update simalar to pool side apts , very old fridge , no cleaning tools ( not even a sweeping brush) or cloths to clean with. Staff great and responded to cockroaches and did a deep clean . Avoid garden apts that back onto streets , v noisy in a morning . Towels a problem on sunbeds , all taken by 8am - and most not sat on until after 12 noon or even at all some days - needs to be managed . This is a budget apt and that needs to be reflected in the price . Not as
Described in jet 2 advertising .
Appalling Management at Hotel and Head Office
Would give no stars but no that option... Bluesea Aloe Coralajo
Despite claiming there is 24 hour manned reception there isn't. We had an emergency when the room was flooded from the apartment above in the early hours of the morning. We were in inches of water and the electricity then failed. No one to call, in fact no telephone in the room. The couple in the room above had to ring the Police as no one to contact. A 'night watchman' then appeared he said he wasn't security so assume that was who he was. We had to communicate through Google translate. Said no rooms, I will get you some towels for the floor, so we could go back to the room. We refused because it wasn't safe, slippy, dark with inches of water pouring in and no electricity. He got us a blanket and we rested not slept in the entertainment area. No reception staff till 7am. The Manager finally arrived but very dismissive said the room was safe (not looked at it). Luckily we were leaving that morning,. Sent an email to Head Office, requesting a complaint form (not been sent one) along with a full account of what happened, again very dismissive. Would never stay at a Bluesea Hotel again, total disregard for their guests safety and well being (I'm 71 and my friend 67).
Just returned from a week at blue sea…
Just returned from a week at blue sea gardens costa teguise hotel was a bit dated but nowhere near as bad as people say something to enjoy at all meal times out of season but lovely place my only downside is they should put entertainment on every night only the one entertainer he did an amazing job really funny guy lack of something to watch let it down a bit I would definitely return stayed at the bluesea in spain last year I think they do an excellent job .
Stayed at the blue sea Bahia de lobos
Stayed at the blue sea Bahia de lobos, worst hotel and all inclusive experience ever
If you’re looking for a hotel with comfort and nice food don’t book here!
Room - we booked a deluxe double room, not sure what was “deluxe” about it, was two single beds pushed together with rock solid mattresses! The fridge in the room barely kept anything cold.
The shower in the bathroom sprayed everywhere, whole room ended up wet after a shower. You could see where they had covered up the mould in the room badly with paint. Extraction fan never worked in the bathroom, there was a window however anyone walking past would see you on the toilet being on the ground floor!!
Sofa in the room was broken and also rock solid, could feel every spring from the sofa bed, wouldn’t want to imagine how uncomfortable a night sleep on that could be!
The balcony door lock didn’t feel safe at all, only had a latch keeping it closed, being on the ground floor didn’t feel safe.
Food - the only decent meal was really lunch!
Breakfast was exactly the same over the 7 days here and never hot.
Lunch, this had the most options to pick from, although very repetitive over 7 days, was able to find some warm food but at times could be cold.
Dinner was really disappointing, lack of choice, food was always cold - to the point they had mircowaves available! I think if the food was actually hot/ warm it would have been manageably. We also felt the room just lacked atmosphere, you were stuck in an underground space which was so dull.
Drinks - had to pay €1 for a cup which wasn’t advertised before the stay, then ended up with the same cup for a long time unless we asked for a fresh one. Tiny cups for dinner, seemed you could only have a decent cup if you paid extra for a different beer.
When booked it mentioned various bars, unfortunately it seems only one is ever open at a time! During the evening as it was cold you’d struggle to find somewhere to sit in the indoor bar, no where to sit if you didn’t want to watch the entertainment, if you wanted a quiet evening drink you aren’t getting that here.
Staff - some of the staff were super friendly and up for a chat however there was many more grumpy staff
Pools - due to the weather we didn’t make use of the pool, the quite pool had a section cornered off due to damaged tiles. Sunbeds were extremely cramped together, without any tables to put drinks, so ended up on the floor which wasn’t the nicest!
Overall I would never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend at all, for the price we paid and what we got I think it was a rip off! How this place is 4 stars is truly beyond me!!
Awful place
Awful place , apart from reception staff they are abrupt and rude. Rooms are disgusting so outdated. Price changes.
Avoid this hotel.
Avoid booking with board basis as the food choice is limited. The room presentation is clean, however offers broken furniture with wardrobes that smell heavily of damp. The kitchen has no kettle or microwave if you’re self catering. The Callao garden hotel in Tenerife is looking tired and is in need of updating in the rooms, and the games area. There are a handful of local places to eat drink and shop, however the bus stop is across the road so easy to leave the location. It’s a 1/2 hour bus ride to Costa adeje. We won’t be returning to this hotel.
Avoid like the plague. Complete rip off
0 stars for the staff (some ignorant, some arrogant, not sure which was worse)
0 stars for the food (cold and repetitive)
0 stars for the amenities
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars for the cleaners. They we efficient, friendly and the room was kept very clean.
Drinks in little plastic cups. If you mislaid yours, they talked down to you like you were a five year old child.
All inclusive except you pay for ice creams and ice lollies (unlike the other all inclusive holidays I’ve been on), no TV Channels in English.
My wife didn’t want a dessert one evening, so she took a few sweets to eat outside in the sun. Unfortunately she was stopped by one of the security staff and told she must eat them before leaving the restaurant. She put them back. Farcical! (We saw several Spanish guests leaving the restaurant with handfuls of sweets)
They don’t like the English.
Funnily enough we met some lovely locals and a lovely German couple
Do yourself a favour and avoid this place like the plague.
Bluesea Al Andalus
Bluesea Al Andalus, Torremolinos, Costa del Sol
Excellent location for access for the beach, local transport and shopping.
All staff were helpful and polite
Bedroom was nice and big, just need to improve the shower.
Food was plentiful, with a wide choice. Wasn't very hot so improvement needed there.
Sunbeds around the pool do need replacing
Overall had a lovely relaxing 4 night break
DON'T GO HERE !🤬🤬 Worst place ever!!
Save your money!! This is a standard broke down hotel... Says that it's all inclusive but it's NOT!! when you get there you are told you are only alound 3 drinks per Meal which is only beer or wine and they're set meal times three times a day and if you don't like what they put out you
have to basically go hungry.. I wouldn't even give it a 1 star but you have to put something in... And the stuff as well as a lot of the people there that don't speek English are very rude and disrespectful make you feel very unwelcome!!! This is the worst place we have ever been to!!!!!
Stopped at bluesea puerto resort
Stopped at bluesea puerto resort, was not expecting to much as it was not expensive. I was pleasantly surprised as the food was top notch anybody saying they couldn't find anything to eat would be blind. Rooms were spacious cleaned every day, the staff were cleaning all day aswell, I've never seen so many staff out at 6am in the morning cleaning every area around pools the bars. I would recommend puerto resort to anyone who just wants a relaxing holiday. All in all great food and drink, rooms clean, hotel clean, pools a relaxing area.
we had 2 rooms booked at blue sea…
we had 2 rooms booked at blue sea corralejo when we arrive they had no knowledge of our booking through Tui but within half a hour we were up graded to one bed apartments which were large and comfortable. the only disappointment was the food covered in flys they should of take precautions to cover the food we ate out most of the time when we were all inclusive. .
Dreadful O7 Aloe Corralejo
Review holiday 7/9/25 O7 Aloe Corralejo
I only wish I listened to the bad reviews and changed hotel as they all came true but even worse unfortunately.
Had 4 rooms took me years to save up 3 of which had cockroaches 🪳. First day got locked out my room 2nd day my daughter got locked out of hers as locks are really bad on doors. Room smelt of sewage, asked to be moved no apologie no help to move even tho I was on ground floor because of my disability, only room they could give me was 1st floor no lift no lights on stairs very dangerous, took it because I couldn’t deal with smell 🤢. Still had cockroaches 🪳. Even though I emailed before hand to ask for all refurbished rooms with working air con only 1 room was inhabitable tbh and only 2 rooms had air con so the other 2 were boiling hot.
The umbrellas around pool were flying around everywhere a few times hit my grandsons and could have really hurt someone, lifeguards just watched and laughed.
Lifeguard on his phone most of the time so not paying attention to kids in the slide pool.
Small baby pool had 💩 init and no one closed it, kids still swimming around in it 🤦🏼♀️.
Pool rules changed 3 days into holiday so was allowed lilos then got told off for having them.
Drinks all changed 3 days in aswell so what was free before was not after, also changed from Pepsi max to Coke due to changing owners. We were not told before or even during our holiday these changes had happened. No communication and was totally out of order.
Italian restaurant not open at all apparently due to technical issues, would love to know if they actually opened it after we went home on 14th.
Breakfast good choice but cold.
Lunch was my favourite that was good.
Dinner worse meal of the day bloody awful, gave up after a few days and ended up going out instead.
Entertainment was passable but nothing to write home about. Kids enjoyed it.
Best part of my holiday was the spa, cleanliest part of hotel immaculate and massages and staff amazing, well that was when I managed to get an appointment as short staffed. Also took ages to pay with card as card machine couldn’t pick up internet connection.
WiFi appalling.
Not the worse hotel but far from the best.
I would not go back.

BLUESEA don Jamie is horrible
BLUESEA don Jamie is horrible. Bathroom out of day. Food is reused and everyday. No kids entertainment or games that were promised. 32 sunbeds for a packed hotel and they are on there last legs. Sami brought music and energy to a bad hotel. The hotel holds to many people for its facilities. It has a nice surrounding area but if you are looking to stay in the hotel it’s not great. Not very kid friendly as there is only one pool that starts at 1.5 metres deep!! The kids pool is only 0.6 metres aswell used for toddlers not 5-9 years. Putting a request in for the rooms arrangement is useless me and my sister got split from our parents by 2 floors!! Receptionist is rude and lifeguard DOES NOT look at the pool. I started to struggle a bit in the pool because it goes to 2.2 Metres deep and he sat there half awake eyes off the pool. Overall not good experience would not recommend or go again ever!!!!

Bluesea Los Fiscos
Bluesea Los Fiscos, Lanzarote.
This is an absolute nightmare hotel.
Our room was disgusting, dirty, had cracked and broken floor tiles, rotten window frames, a toilet that didn't flush (we had to fill a saucepanwith water to flush it), the wardrobe frame was rotten and falling apart, the fridge buzzed so loud we were concerned about its safety.
Not us but we spoke to people who had mice in their room and others reported having bed bugs.
The most concerning thing was the c@ckroaches we watched crawling in and around the food in the buffet.
We asked to be moved, we complained about the problems with our room, nothing was done to rectify these issues.
We were dismissed with "you're English, you don't understand "
This is a disgusting hotel, the staff are rude and unhelpful.
My advice is to stay far away from here.

Stayed June 2025 | Trip type: Couple’s holiday
Location: Bluesea Al Andalus, Torremolinos, Costa del Sol
I’ve now been here 4 days, and sadly the experience has gone from bad to worse.
When we arrived at 11:30 AM, we were told to come back at 3:30 PM for check-in, and there was nowhere to leave our luggage. When I asked about parking, I was rudely told to park on the street, with zero explanation or help. The older gentleman at reception is the rudest hotel staff member I’ve ever encountered in all my travels.
Now that we’ve been here a few days, more problems have become clear:
• Only one bar is open, and there’s just one person working, causing long queues even for juice.
• The glasses are tiny, barely a mouthful, so you’re constantly having to queue again.
• The pool doesn’t open until after 10am, which is unusually late compared to other hotels in Spain.
• Sun loungers are broken and should be replaced.
• There are a few parasols on the grass, but none at all around the pool, so there’s no shade by the water.
• Food is repetitive, mostly chips, burgers or fish every night with little variety.
• The room is very basic, though it’s probably the best part of the hotel.
To make things worse, most of the staff are very rude, unhelpful, and clearly unhappy to be dealing with guests. The only exception has been the cleaning ladies, who are genuinely kind, friendly, and hard-working.
I also want to note that Trustpilot removed my previous review, even after I submitted proof of booking. If this review disappears too, there’s clearly something wrong with how these negative experiences are being handled.
Bottom line: avoid this hotel. It’s not relaxing, it’s not welcoming, and it’s certainly not worth your money.
