Used to work for the company

Used to work for the company. Workloads unmanageable, management have been replaced are horrendous at what they do. No support for colleagues. Manager wouldn’t know what a fridge is. Was hired as head of refrigeration and doesn’t have a clue what he’s on about. Family member had been in hospital and penalised me for taking time off. When I was struggling with things outside of work wasn’t interested. Would never recommend anyone to work here. Management is really poor and pays not great
