As first-time buyers we were far from the easiest customers, asking what must have felt like 10,000 questions and making requests that were probably well outside the norm. But from start to finish, the front office team, Paige and Stefanie, have been nothing short of brilliant. Accommodating, warm, and endlessly patient; not once did anything feel like too much trouble, even after the tenth email asking the same thing.
The site team matched that standard completely. Scott put us both at ease throughout the entire build process with clear, jargon-free explanations and real flexibility, including arranging visits outside of the standard dates so we could get to grips with pipe and cable layouts before the walls went up. His approach went well beyond the sales pitch; the tips and honest advice he shared along the way were a genuine reflection of how much he cares about the people moving into these homes.
More broadly, every visit to the site left a good impression. The development is kept immaculately clean and tidy, and every member of the team we crossed paths with was friendly and welcoming. It all points to a culture that takes real pride in what they're building, not just the houses, but the experience around them.

We were fortunate to be in a no-chain position when purchasing our home at Shottery View in Stratford upon Avon, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.

From the very beginning, the team at Shottery View made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Every meeting on-site was well organised, and all of our questions, concerns, and requests were answered promptly and thoroughly. As we purchased a property that had already been built, the team were incredibly accommodating and took the time to present all available options to help us personalise our new home where possible.

A special mention must go to the Site Manager, who was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and always available to assist with any queries we had throughout the process. Their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction gave us great confidence every step of the way.

We’ve recently moved into our new house with bloors, Stapleford Heights, and have had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The whole process was smooth,well organised, and stress free, with excellent communication throughout. A special thank you to Tara, who looked after us from the very beginning. She was always friendly, professional, and always helpful, making sure we were kept informed every step of the way. We’d also like to thank Tanitia & Ben, who were both brilliant and always on hand to help. We’re absolutely delighted with our new home and would highly recommend bloors and the team. Charlie the site manager has been amazing, he is always at the end of the phone, always there to help. Thank you all fot making our journey such a positive one!

This is my third new build purchase and by far the easiest. Thanks to Shirley, at Winslow Park, as nothing was too much trouble for her. She dealt with all my questions and made such a huge difference in making the journey of moving into my new home as smooth as it could.
I reserved the house the moment I walked through the door. Attention to detail, inside and outside, was what sealed it for me.

Words cant describe how bad the customer service is

I have 3 holes in the ceiling.. Black mould and tiles and plaster coming off walls, from a leak in my new home. This has been going on for 3 months and customer service is now saying there is no availability for 6 weeks which is unacceptable. I have no use of a bathroom and this service seems to be accepted as normal. I just want someone who can make a decision to help me and nobody seems to care.... Once they have your money your the bottom priority.

After moving into our new home in mid March, the site team have been amazing. Their initial snagging was top-class and since then, they have also noted other cosmetic issues along with rectifying our own without any questions or issues at all. The quality of build and materials is to a great standard unlike others we have lived in or viewed and we are extremely happy with our new home. I work from home and my office faces the main phase of current building, and its clear the site is run extremely efficiently and professionally...so a very special shout-out to Charley for all his help along with Gina...both have been fantastic...and also a special mention to the contractors for their professional and caring approach to sorting these snags 🤩👍🏻

We wandered in to the sales centre at Banbury rise just to have a little look and a week later we had reserved a beautiful 4 bedroom Harwood, 2 months later and we are about to move in to our dream home. Wow the whole experience has been amazing. Jenny & Linda the sales advisors have been brilliant and so helpful throughout. We part exchanged our old house which made the whole experience stress free. The quality fit and finish of the new house is exceptional. Definitely recommend Bloor homes.

Jo in the sales office was lovely, she was welcoming and friendly and you could tell she cared about us as people. We didn’t feel rushed and Jo took time to answer all our questions. The plot we looked at and eventually reserved was thoughtfully laid out and will be easy to live in, it has everything we were looking for, our experience from beginning to end has been excellent, thank you Bloor Homes

Jane our sales lady was 5 stars plus- went above & beyond for us.
After a disapointing trip to David Wilsons in outibridge at we nipped to Bloor homes at Deepcar & was welcomed by Jane who was so informative & welcoming. Took us to see a property in the pooring rain but nothing was too much for her!! Thank you for a very positive visit - we will be back once weve made our decission.

We just wanted to share how amazing Vanessa Gallagher has been since we moved into our new build in Elowen Garden Village. Moving house is usually so stressful, but Vanessa has made the whole experience of settling into our new home so incredibly smooth for us.
It is so obvious she has an extensive background in customer service because the genuine care and passion she puts into her job is next level. She goes above and beyond to look after everyone on the development, and no question or query has ever been too much trouble for her.

From our 1st telephone enquiry to signing the reservation documents, our experience with Hannah has been superior with her customer service. Her knowledge of the houses and site is limitless. Her professionalism and courtesy shines through and she is a real credit to Bloor Homes. Although we are still in the early stages of our purchase, the correspondence and help so far has been excellent and exceeded our expectations.
