Still waiting on an order two months ago customer support won't give refund because tracking states in transit. It's been at Manchester for over nearly a month.

Possible scam

Dreadful customer services. Rapid replies to email queries but not answering any of my question, so I assume everything is automated. I purchased some seeds, very slow to arrive. On arrival, tracking was all USA related but package was from China. No growing instructions and no name/ identification on the pack. I requested clarity. Another automated reply. I am reluctant to try and grow a non identifiable pack of seeds.

Parcel never arrived. Contacted multiple times and refused refund and was told it’s my job to track down the parcel! I looked everywhere and checked with neighbours and the delivery company and still no parcel. They refused a refund and now I have no parcel and £24 spent on nothing! Do not use this company

I just ordered the mascara as I was impressed by the price two for one. Naively I did not check Trustpilot and clicked buy and THANK GOD I went through Paypal but saw then 4 Pound more. Then I saw that they added tax from the UK and it was nowhere mentioned. So I try to cancel right away, wrote them an email but also filed with Paypal. Thats why i always always go via Paypal. Misleading not paying almost 20 Euro for Mascara when it was advertised 15

Ordered artificial flowers 12/04/2025 tracking number provided when checked 13/05/2025 a month later!! get order not found so angry my next step is to ask for a refund,

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed and order for artificial flowers beginning of April, now mid May. Nothing has arrived. I have emailed them they can not provide details of shipping or tracking number and say due to transatlantic it is in transit. Should have read the reviews first. Asked for a refund no reply.

Received my order of garden weeder today just tried it and it's really good and value for money.I thought it came complete with handle but it didn't...my own fault didn't read it properly🙄Great customer service as well.

Disgusting company. Order was £12 but £15 taken. Never received the order, kept chasing and they came back saying it's the parcel companies failt

I wish I had read the reviews. I ordered from the company and it didnt go through so stupidly I did it again and got charged twice with two different prices. My email state £14.88 for one order and they have taken £18.60. I have tried to contact them four times to cancel one of the payments and have received no response. I am now going through Paypal to resolve

Ordered a gardening implement, it eventually arrived, after supposedly travelling across America but it was a cheap version that didn't even have a handle! Trouble is, you don't even know who you are dealing with until you have paid your money.

I've ordered some roses and was charged £12.85 on my bank for a £10.58 order. As it was Easter it hadn't gone out the bank for a few days and then when it did I got the refunded difference. I can't track the order it days doesn't exist and the email bounced back. I have today received what I can only call a pathetic packet of seeds. They could be anything, even bird seed ? Do Not use this company for plants. Terrible

SCAM COMPANY! Same as all the other reviews, I was charged £15 instead of £12 I complained and then charged the correct amount and the £15 pending charge dropped off my account. Then about a month later I received 2 cheap small mascaras that you could get at a pound shop! & they were shipped from America - which I was not aware of until I could ‘track’ my order. So annoyed with myself for falling for it and not checking reviews - how is this legal??

This “company” has charged me twice for the mascara I ordered that was only meant to be £12.98 they’ve charged me £16.23 twice I have contacted the company who are saying they haven’t but I’ve sent them proof on my bank. Absolute thieving scumbags.

It's a scam company. They take video of different mascara being advertised, blur the actual tube (so you can't see the product) and attach a link to their website. Naively I clicked to buy, then checked the reviews.i tried to cancel within 30 minutes. They then don't come back till next day saying it can't be cancelled because they sent it. Wrong mascaras arrived, completely different than what's advertised. Clumpy and irritating. They refuse to refund. D9nt be naive like me. Don't use it

Ordered seeds and eventually got an empty bag with a thank you card., I E.mailed them 4. Times and have kept as proof along with photos.

Ordered some flower seeds in January. Emailed company 4 times they referred me to post office As delivered there obviously not and post office checked tracking it does not exist. Total scam I'm still requesting full refund but no reply .
Don't buy from this company!

Avoid at all cost ordered flower seeds in January got a tracking number seeds supposedly in Ireland since End of February in longford ???? Thats about an hour and a half from my home its mid April and no seeds have came.

Did not receive my order for 2 months and was constantly told to refer to tracking. The tracking stated my goods had reached the UK 3 weeks prior to my enquiry. Then received an email to say they had just left China. When eventually I received my order for grass seed it was a tiny packet that would have trouble filling a flower pot and definitely will not cover 30m as stated. Total scam do not use.
