This is a scam company
This is a scam company. I doubt people will buy with them now as they've removed their website. They are a Chinese company selling incredibly cheap goods. In my case I was charged £15.73 for something that looked like it was from a poundland. I felt almost embarassed to have bought it.
Luckily I went through paypal to get a full refund, including being able to keep the item. This is because they only offered partial refunds at the company, £3 o4 £4. I refused this and escalated the claim.
At first they said they would give me a full refund IF I would return the item to China. Tracked. However, as this would have cost me more than the £15.73 refund to do, Paypal then told me I could keep the item and I got refunded.
I had to push a little and wasted an hour or two of time calling and emailing but just escalate the claim to paypal and tell them they misrepresented their product by claiming to be a UK company. Paypal will protect you.

If I could give 0 star I would. I ordered a cooling towel on the 15th July, received an email confirming followed by an email confirming it was in “transit”.

Scam scam scam
Scam scam scam. Sucked in by glowing UK testimonials and videos of a product that looked genuine. Total fraudulent site (now defunct)
Payment taken by a different company (Zero miracle network limited - Google them, just as bad). Email confirmation was riddled with errors, which sparked my suspicions I'd been had.
Beware and don't give them any of your money!
Scammers do not use
Like others I have just read, I would not give this company any stars! They have given me three different tracking numbers, two of which do not exist, the third I contacted Yodel and put my postcode in, they said it was delivered but it was to a different address. I have sent numerous emails (Trustpilot would not let me give the email address) who have told me my issue is with the delivery company and I should claim off them!!! This company is obviously scammers and must be making thousands from innocent customers 😡
AVOID
Ordered 3 bras tried to cancel order the day after after reading reviews, received and email saying can not cancel but once order received to contact them to sort out 10 plus emails later and still no response the item are poor quality and offer no support whatsoever please avoid at all costs this has got to be one of the worst companies I have shopped with
cooling towel, is it a scam?
I ordered the cooling towel 18th July. I received an email confirming my order. Then on 25th July, another email telling me my order is on its way. But as I click track my order it comes up that the site was not find or does not exist. Same as when I click the email part where it says "where's my order", it also comes up as site error does not exist. I have a feeling that my order is not coming and it was a scam. I went to this site to report it & found few other victims having same experience as me. Still hoping order will arrive but if not I wonder if I can get refunded via PayPal 🤔
PS. 31st July, I finally received my items. I haven't tried it yet so can't comment or review it. I hope the company will fix their online link so people can track their package & not be worried of their authenticity.
SCAM
I have had an awful experience with this company. I purchased a cooling towel via Facebook.
Firstly I'd paid by PayPal, which I hadn't. I had to report this to my bank and get my account blocked. Then an hour later my PayPal account which I have but never used was hacked by someone in London. I had to quickly close it.
I have contact Bloom Realm to ask for a full refund of the £31.45 and they only refunded £6.25. No items have been revived and they have stopped corresponding. This is the worse shopping experience of my life! I feel others should know.

Ordered the “Cool towel” after seeing…
UPDATE: Order arrived today, 28/7/25, 2 weeks after ordering, so I didn’t need to reclaim my money, they refunded the difference in cost. The card inside the package says you can contact their “Custermer” service on this email: support @24h-service.vip
The return address is in Hounslow. Tracking still says it’s on its way.
Ordered the “Cool towel” after seeing it online and the recent hot weather. I’m not usually one for buying into these sort of things but as a perimenopausal woman I’m feeling the heat and will try anything! First of all the amount I was supposed to pay was £12.38 but noticed they took more than £15 from my account without permission. I then read these reviews… started a “chat session” who then said it was an internal error and refunded the difference… hope restored… just went to check my order again and website does not exist… I doubt I’ll be cooling down anytime soon! Will be reporting through my bank to try and reclaim my money.
Viral stretchy jeans....
Order these viral stretchy jeans for 24.99 but when they came the quality is awful, not as described and didn't fit. Their returns policy was "don't worry if you don't like or fit is not as expected we will refund you" well they offered me £4 in compensation!!! I am now in dispute via PayPal, they have a returns policy so can't work out what the problem is. If I want to return they have to go back to China, this being a UK company. Absolutely disgusting and rubbish company. I will be sending trading standards an email as they do not deserve to be running a company. And for all these so called content creators promoting these products they should be ashamed of themselves.
Why can I not record zero stars
Why can I not record zero stars, I really didn't want to give even one star. Like others I wish I had checked this website before making an impulse buy via social media. I have been overcharged and am unable to contact the company as their email address comes back as undeliverable. Lesson learnt.
