I have just had my credit card statement showing 2 transactions for this company. I did not sign up to anything and when I called a number in Cyprus was told they would cancel subscription but not refund payments made.
I have never heard of this company and will be contacting the fraud team via the police

You keep telling people there's a misunderstanding when there isn't! Not when its not being advertised for what you do, its being advertised for gifts or sweet boxes, so yes you are scamming people that aren't quite up to date with technology so make your advertising clear.. ive just had to do the same thing for dad as he almost got caught out like a lot of people have on here.

Did a survey online for what I thought was Boots. Turns out it was a scam!
Ended up subscribed to this website. £46 for a subscription. Luckily realised and managed to cancel the subscription. Be careful people.
Edit: They say it’s nothing to do with their service but when you pay the £3.00 it signs you up to their blog service, they then set up a recurring card payment for a subscription, which isn’t advised anywhere until after you pay. I’ve got bank statements to prove what was taken/set up.
Reported it as fraud to my bank who refunded me. The company have confirmed the subscription is now cancelled so I hope no further money is taken.

Was led to believe I would be paying a one time £3 payment for a gift set. After paying never received any email or gift set. A few days later they have taken £46 out of my bank. I have emailed and they said they had cancelled the ‘subscription’ but have taken yet another £3 from my bank. I was never aware that I had joined a subscription and I don’t even know what this subscription is for !!!!! Complete scammers avoid at all costs !!!!!!!!

Claimed to represent M&S offering a free hamper in return for completing a questionnaire.
Next thing, I'm subscribed and, if I hadn't cancelled immediately, they would have taken a further £46 every 14 days.
This is criminal activity. I have contacted M&S and the police in Cyprus.

Progress but still poor service
Blogzone debited twice from my account. The first time was on 29 September 2024, then the second time was on 11 October 2024. The first debit was okay because I was aware but not aware that I would be buying a 3 day subscription from them, which got me angry but I let it go and asked for a refund. But after requesting for a refund they soon debited again which was something I was unaware of because I thought they would return my refund. But then I further communicated with them to request for both my refunds the one of 29 September and the one of 11 October, but then on the 15th of October they returned only one refunds which suprised me because I requested for both my refunds. But that also means that there is progess and they want to ensure that my request is met. Now I am still trying to fight for my last refund I hope it will go well

Total scam,made a purchase for £3 and apparently set myself up for a weekly subscription of £46. No mention of any ' subscription fee whilst purchasing item mentioned and no email sent to me concerning this or I would have cancelled immediately. Payment now stopped via my bank.
