This site is a scam

This site is a scam. Was in emails as postcode lottery. I purchased a one off ticket for £1.99 no ticket but a repeat subscription of £7.97 has been taken for last few months. Carnt cancel subscription as never signed up. All emails have been ignored

I was totally conned

I was totally conned. There was a FB article about ordering BBQ meat packs from Woolworths in South Africa. I clicked on the link & placed my order. It showed that I had paid via Meta Pay, I got no verification code from my bank before the transaction went through. When I finished I got no order confirmation except for an e-mail from these con artists Allpetplaza telling me I subscribed & bought a gift voucher which gave me a certain number of points?? I checked my bank statement & the payment went through, I checked on Meta Pay, they had no record of a purchase, so it seems that they have a connection to the link I was on to make the ‘Woolworths’ payment. Their support team are persistent that I purchased a gift card, which I did not. Why would I purchase a gift card from a Spanish website, whilst living in SA.They can not give me proof of my order & they are not willing to credit me, just cancel my ‘membership’ which I never applied for. Bunch of Scammers

So disappointed at this point

I feel scammed I was asked to write a positive review in order for them to process my refund and send proof which I did. Weeks later I’m still waiting and being ignored whe I follow up. Totally not happy be careful guys. If anyone has actually received their refund please let me know maybe I might have some hope. Jamal thank you for your empty promises .

Thought had purchased a phone but given gift card instead

Well I made a purchase as I thought for a phone for 9.99 euros !! On checking my credit card found out that 2 payments had been made 9.99 & 29.66 euros !!
Immediately emailed customer services and complained about the 29.66 euros charged & asked for a refund !!
Well 2 hours later and 15 emails from them I can report that they have decided to refund the 29.66 euros !!

Jeremy from Customer Services was very very helpful and initiated the refund and in a timely manner !!
However next shock is finding out I actually hadn't ordered a phone but a gift voucher for 9.99 euros !! This was not evident in their advert !! It further transpires that the gift voucher has been redeemed and I havnt used it !!
Again I asked for a refund of 9.99 euros but been told it's company policy not to refund gift vouchers !!
Whilst I am very appreciative of Jeremy's help and refund I am still not happy that customers like me think we are purchasing a phone !!
My only conclusion is to put this down to a bad experience!!
Please beware and read adverts thoroughly !

I DON'T EVEN HAVE A PET FFS

I signed up for an online competition - completely unconnected to allpetsplaza

these shysters have taken 5 amounts of money (admitedly small amounts but around 30 Euros in total) from my bank with NO AUTHORISATION whatsoever from me. I signed nothing, and never received a confirmatory email to tell me I had "signed up" which is revealing.
Their idiot chatbot parrots cut and paste bullsht and ultimately is of no help at all,

If you're reading this allpetsplaza . . I want my money back . . ALL OF IT .. this coming week no excuses
I won't write a glowing review for you . . but I will add an amendment to say that you behaved honourably . . which thus far you haven't

UPDATE
To add insult to injury, they tried to take another payment from me overnight
this despite ongoing correspondence
They have refused to credit the money they took from my account without my consent citing their terms and conditions!
I tried to call their number twice . . got a recorded message saying they're busy
Busy at 5 in the morning . . I don't think so

UPDATE #2
I went to my bank yesterday. I described the transactions to them and they considered them to be fraudulent. AND they got my money back. It's not a fortune, but it's a victory over unscrupulous
business practices.
I was issued with another card so these b*stards won't be able to try the same again.

FOOTNOTE
My bank told me in an email that allpetplaza had refunded my money "as a gesture of goodwill" . . yeah right!
