The absolute worst
The absolute worst. I will never use this scam company again. I wrote a lengthy Google review already ripping into them. They are extremely shady and try to hook you with 1 month free. Don't let eye doctors try to bully you into using Blink. I had multiple now lie to me and claim no other pharmacies will give me the same price. Actually, it was cheaper to get xdemvy at CVS Specialty--free! All you have to do is Google copay assistance card for all of these pricey meds and tell your pharmacy of choice to apply it. Tryptyr is also cheaper at my local CVS--just ask your doctor to write a 3-month script and use the copay card on the medication website. Go somewhere competent.

Medication with a “must be refrigerated” label shipped without any refrigeration. When I attempted to get a replacement, was told it was patient error. End result I did not use the medication and I cancelled any future reoccurring shipments. Contacted my doctor and explained I will NOT take any medication from BlinkRX. Warning stay away from them!

Prescription eye drops were delivered…
Prescription eye drops were delivered with the tamper proof seal broken. I immediately called Blink, was told they always open the seal for “quality assurance”. Told them that this is illegal to tamper with the seal. After many phone calls they finally said they will send a replacement “but the seal will be broken”. Explained I do not want medication that was tampered with. They did not care. This was then reported to the FDA, my insurance and to the manufacturer of the medication. All said this is illegal to tamper with the seal and they will follow up and keep me informed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT MEDICATION THAT HAS NOT BEEN TAMPERED WITH
