Worth the Wait!
I’ve been searching for blinds for my Bay Window for about 2 years. I was always hesitant and so undecided. Patience is a virtue. Fast forward to a month before Mother’s Day 2026 and I kept seeing these blinds on social media the Zebra Blinds. So I decided to visit the store and see what the hype was about. Glad I did. I instantly knew I had to have them. My husband surprised me with my Mother’s Day gift right on the spot. He purchased the remote ones and I absolutely love them. It gave just the right touch to my home. What a great investment! My design consultant Alina Zorila was knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. I will definitely be adding more to my home!

Vertical Blinds Update
I had the pleasure of working with Solansh (sp?), I believe was the manager this past week. I'm finally changing out my vertical blinds in my house after 20+ years 🫣. Solanah was very patient with me as I can be challenging when I have my heart set on something. Solansh didn't rush me into buying something that I wasn't happy with, instead, I was provided with several alternatives that came very close to what I wanted. It was also suggested for me to wait and think about my purchase, as l need them for several areas across 3 floors of my home.
This is the kind of customer service that keeps me coming back to a company and sharing it with my family and friends.

I would give a rating of zero if possible. There were two things. The first is the woman in the Metuchen NJ store has horrible customer service skills. Her sarcasm and unprofessional attitude totally sucks. The second thing is they no longer send someone to your home to address the issues. They actually want you as the customer to remove the blinds and bring it to them, and not have any blinds for at least a week. So that way, everyone can look inside my home day and night? Sure.

Hello, we are very sorry to hear about this experience you had at the showroom. We take your feedback very seriously and have already reached out to management for the showroom. Our lifetime warranty covers the parts/mechanisms within the blind but it has always been that you need to bring the blind in so we can send it to the factory to be repaired. We can give you a paper temporary shade in the mean time for privacy as well. We have our Customer Experience Manager aware of the issue and want to help get this resolved for you - - if you could please update your review with either your order number or your phone number so we can reach you we will call and help to get this rectified for you!
