Cheap
I thought I was ordering top down/bottom up and that is not what I got. The materials are flimsy. There is a gap above the blinds because of the mounting brackets. These are very cheaply built.

Good Experience overall
Use of web site was good. Order came as expected and well packed. I ordered some black "black out" roller shades with motors. This was for a unique situation as I'm using them in a protected patio area. Blinds are very competitive price and quality wise. I wish the bottom bar was heavier. It's a bit curled at the bottom. Also make a black out that's black on both sides.

The "no-tools installation" didn't work for me
This one-star review is only for the no-tools-installation feature I paid $35 extra for. The blind itself deserves five stars. I've bought many blinds from Blindster and have been very pleased. But the no-tools installation feature didn't work for me. I usually install the blinds with tools, but I'd just moved and was tired of all the chores. But in the end, I spent hours trying to get the blind to stay up because it kept falling down. I finally had to call a handyman because the setup was different from the clips I was used to installing myself. I hope Blindster can improve this feature. It's a great idea.
