I made a mistake in understanding the spending threshold for a promotional discount, which I had not met. From a single email, they instantly made a courtesy discount to my credit card order payment just to make me happy. No questions back or other frustrating delay, 8:05 am, my problem was erased. A.I. offered Blindster as their #1 recommendation for the tdbu honeycomb blinds I wanted, in the exact measurements & color I wanted, with great reviews. I can certainly see why they are so highly regarded!!

Beautiful blind
We ordered a specific size. I realized I wanted a different color and you have a short time frame to change anything. It was the weekend and they responded to me the next day. They corrected my order. The materials were on back order. They contacted me to make sure it was okay on the time frame. Then we got the blind and I didn't think it would lower all the way. Customer service was polite, patient and helpful. Turns out it did go all the way down. They had sent me a video. I know it sounds stupid, but after watching the video we were able to pull down the blind all the way. Love my blind and respect the customer value of the company.

Always in touch with customer if the order was a little delayed. Order was delivered promptly. The bamboo shade was just like the photo. Just to let customers know my husband messed up on the shade installation, I dont know how being that the installation was pretty straightforward, easy installation but with my husbands mistake the shade was not functional, I called customer service which is excellent and they are sending me a new one which my husband will not install. Great customer service, very polite and caring.
