very very bad customer service I have return my item I sent special delivery return to uk warehouse since 4/1 Royal Mail sent n they signed but my money have not refunded I have sent more than 10
Emails to chase them n they still ask me to be patient I will never ever buy from this company again too much stress

For clarity, we would like to explain that returns sent to our UK logistics partners must still be forwarded to our main warehouse in Spain, where all refunds are processed. A refund can only be issued once the return is physically received and checked in at our Spanish facility.

This process may take a little longer when a parcel is first delivered to a partner warehouse abroad, but we always process refunds as quickly as possible once the item reaches us.

Order never delivered, partial refund only

Ordered non-prescription glasses on 15/12/25 (Order BLK-2025-772157). The item was never dispatched or delivered 30 days after ordering. When cancelled, only a partial refund was issued and an admin fee was deducted despite no goods being supplied. Customer service refused to resolve it, leaving me to go through my bank. Disappointing experience.

Your order included a clearly stated maximum delivery date of 13/02/2026, visible both on the product page and at checkout. This extended delivery window was accepted at the time of purchase. When the cancellation was requested on 13/01/2026, the order was still well within the agreed delivery timeframe and had not exceeded the maximum delivery date.

As specified in our Terms & Conditions, which are read and accepted during checkout, cancellations made more than two hours after placing the order, and while still within the confirmed delivery period, carry a €6 administration fee. The partial refund you received reflects this policy and was processed correctly.

No goods were shipped because the cancellation was initiated before the end of the delivery window, but this does not invalidate the agreed cancellation conditions.

If you need any further clarification, our customer service team will be happy to assist you directly.

They don't respond to emails,it takes them 1 week to get back to you.
I order for my prescription glasses since the 29th of December till date, I have not received my glasses.
Its really bad .

Order not delivered for weeks – very poor customer service

I ordered a pair of glasses from Blickers on November 28, 2025 as a Christmas gift.
On December 8, 2025, I asked about the shipping status. A few days later I was informed that the NIE number for the Canary Islands was missing. I provided this information immediately.

Despite this, shortly before Christmas the shipment was returned because supposedly important customs documents were missing — even though this information had already been provided in advance.

Since then, I have only received vague responses saying that they are “checking whether a new shipment is possible.” My last inquiry has not been answered at all (as of January 14, 2026).

After more than six weeks, I still have neither received the product nor a clear solution. I consider this handling very unprofessional and customer-unfriendly.
At this point, I am requesting a full refund.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Blickers.

Please avoidddd at all cost they are scammers !!!! I cancelled my order within minutes and they lied abour saying they cannot refund as i cancelled with in 2 hours ! Disgusting they send a generic response about t&cs saying breaking consumer law ! They wont reply on email therefore having to write a review if you want to save your self stress and a hassle DO NOT ORDER from here ! Blickers issue my refund or im doing it through my bank which has ask me to give another chance ! BLK-2026-773825

According to our system records, which are automatically generated by our payment gateway and cannot be altered, the cancellation request was submitted 2 hours and 5 minutes after the order was placed, not within minutes.

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, prescription lenses are considered customised products. They are refundable only within the first hour after the order is confirmed. Once this period has passed, the order enters production and lenses become non-refundable, fully in line with consumer regulations for personalised goods.

For this reason, a partial refund was correctly issued, excluding the customised lenses. This information, including exact timestamps, was explained by our customer service team in multiple emails, all of which were replied to.

We strongly deny any allegation of misleading practices. We operate with complete transparency and can provide full system logs of any transaction.

We always encourage customers to review our policies before placing an order, especially when selecting customised prescription lenses.

If you still have questions, our customer service team remains available to clarify anything you may need.

Disgusting service created a ticket on the 02/01/2026 still haven't gotten a response!!! I cancelled my order within seconds of placing and they partially refunded me ! Surly you didnt process or make the lens in seconds !!! Please fully refund ! Was going to reorder some sunglasses but due to the poor service will not be doing so. Disgusting shambles of a company ordered some frames realised ordered wrong size so cancelled right away they partially refunded me and left me out
Of pocket for £85 for no reason ! Issue my full refund otherwise doing a charge back and reporting to trading standards

Not issuing a refund for lost product

So that you have my reply to your reply below: Summary : Glasses were to be delivered ered by 23 December, today is 8 February (1.5months) and I still have not received the refund. AVOID AT ANT COST!
i contacted you so many times, sent screenshots including from Evri and all info including order number that helps you to locate the order. I have all emails that I have sent you. You ask for the same information for again. You are just using delaying tactics to refund me.

My order placed on 4 December, which was due to be delivered between 17–23 December (xmas present). According to the tracking information from Evri, the parcel has been lost in transit. I have already provided you with screenshots confirming this.
Despite my messages sent before and after your holiday closure (30 December – 4 January), I have not received any reply via chat or email. I also contacted you on 29 December while you were still open, but did not receive a response or any effort from your side to contact Evri and resolve the situation.
As the order has been confirmed lost and was never delivered, I am entitled to a full refund under consumer law. Please process my refund within 7 days of this email. If you require any further information, I am happy to provide it, but the tracking already clearly confirms that the parcel is lost.
I would appreciate your prompt response and resolution of this matter.

On 17 December, you confirmed in writing that my refund would be processed within 7 business days. This deadline has passed, and the refund has not been received.

To date:
• The order placed on 13 November was never delivered.
• Blickers accepted payment but failed to provide the goods.
• A confirmed refund has not been processed within the agreed timeframe.

This constitutes a clear breach of contract and failure to meet your obligations under EU consumer protection law.

If the full refund is not credited to my original payment method within 3 business days from the date of this email, I will proceed without further notice with:
• legal action, and
• a chargeback through my payment provider for non-delivery of goods.

This is a final demand.

Still no refund . Please avoid this company . Ordered glasses mid October . Fobbed off by email ( which they take 2 days to respond) they keep telling you it’s still being processed , or it’s with the dispatch team or with the optician …. Absolute rubbish . Do the honourable thing and reimburse please
