I ordered from Blickers, but the package was never received even though it was marked as delivered. When I contacted them, they said an investigation would take a few days and that they were waiting for a decision from Evri delivery service.
However, when I spoke directly to Evri, they confirmed to me clearly that they had already updated and informed Blickers about the real delivery status, and that Blickers should contact them to start the claim process – either for a refund or replacement.
I passed this exact information to Blickers, but they still did nothing. It has now been 60+ days, and I have received no refund, no replacement, no updates, and no support. Every time I chase them, it’s just more excuses.

I am still waiting for the return label…
I am still waiting for the return label to return damaged sunglasses. It has been months at this point. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company. I thought it was an identical product; MK sunglasses, initially to a major chain but now I am doubting it. The MK label on sunglasses quickly discoloured and the customer service has been genuinely nothing short of appalling.
Update: got the return label, will update again. Had to email yesterday 29th January and I got a notification to state that the return pair were dispatched.

Terrible customer service. Avoid
My parcel was left outside by Evri when I was not home and got stolen. I had to go back and forth with Evri and Blickers, my contract was ultimately with Blickers as the merchant, so they are responsible for ensuring that I received the goods I paid nearly £200 for. I have been speaking with Marina in customer service and it has been like talking to a brick wall. No help or support offered, just repeating that there is nothing they can do and I need to raise it with the police… Awful service and they do not care about customers at all. They should have issued a refund or sent out another item, or at least issued a voucher for their store. Really disappointed and will never shop here again.

They sent me clearly used glasses. When I said I want to return them, they replied saying they’ll forward the images I sent to the quality team and never came back to me.
I now have damaged, used glasses and am past the return date because of their horrible and unethical service.

WONT GIVE REFUNDS
Bought a sunglasses frame from these people but it didn’t fit the lenses I had for it. Returned the frame in October and I’m STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND. Keep emailing them and keep getting fobbed off. Disgraceful, terrible service. I won’t be buying from them again.

I purchased a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses from Blickers and wore them only twice. To my disappointment, I noticed that the gold "T" on the side started to rust. Having owned quite a few designer sunglasses in my lifestyle, I have never experienced this.
I reached out to their customer service, expecting support since the sunglasses clearly come with a 12-month warranty. However, after a lot of back and forth, they insisted this wasn’t a manufacturing fault and refused to help. It’s frustrating because it’s obvious to me that the metal hardware rusting after just two wears in the sun is a clear defect.
I even questioned the authenticity of the glasses at this point. After reading other customer reviews here, I see I’m not the first to have this issue. Their customer service felt very robotic and unhelpful throughout the process.
My advice? Stay away from this company. They are selling what feels like fake or subpar products and their customer service is poor. I will be reporting them to the European Consumer Centre in Spain, as they are based there, to prevent others from losing their hard-earned money.

It's great that they're cheap. So much better than buying from an overpriced retailer. It is difficult to trust them though when you're buying internationally and there's no real tracking of your order and purchases.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. The glasses I received were poorly made—during assembly, the company screwed directly into the lens too heavily, which caused it to crack and break. This is a clear manufacturing defect and shows a complete lack of quality control.
What made the experience even worse was the customer service. When I reached out for help, they were unresponsive, dismissive, and failed to offer any reasonable resolution. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, I was left going back and forth with no solution. As a result, I was left completely out of pocket for a product that arrived defective.
I expected a company selling eyewear to understand basic construction and stand behind their products, but this was far from the case. Between the broken glasses, terrible customer service, and being left out of pocket, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Nice quality for the price and nice styles. I saw them through a sponsorship and it's been a nice change from the usual sponsored products that just seem to be a load of useless products that are in the end just tacky cash grabs. But I'm a fan so yeah many thanks and would recommend. Delivery times are a little long so there's that but otherwise thumbs up.

Please do not use this company. They provided me with used scratched sunglasses in a damaged box. Despite multiple emails and prior reviews on here asking for me to reach out via email and send pictures which I have done they still refuse to even acknowledge me or reply to my email. My treatment has been truly appalling considering the amount of money I paid I at least expect to receive new product in original packaging it’s disgusting. Still no email

I received my glasses today and the lenses are demo lenses (one says ‘acetate’ and the other has the brand logo). I paid 129€ with Scalapay for prescription lenses, so this is an error.
I would like my prescription lenses to be made at no extra cost, or a refund of the lens charge.

I ordered some frames and what I thought were sunglasses from blickers. I received them in good time. The frames were fine but the sunglasses were actually a clip on which I couldn’t use. I called them over and over to get information on returning the item and you cannot get through. I ended up emailing and got a response and they told me to send back at my expense. Their office is in Europe. It cost me $14 to send back and to my dismay I had the package returned to me three months later. I contacted them again via email to make sure I had the correct address and I did so I sent it back again and spent $14 more dollars on shipping and the package was returned AGAIN saying it was incorrect!!! I contacted Blickers again and they told me to send again which I didn’t because I already spent almost $30 in shipping costs so now I am stuck with clip on sun glasses that I can’t use. VERY dissatisfied with this company.
