Great Customer Service
I had to request an exchange for a different pair of sunglasses. This was a gift for my son. He had to return home out of state. The team at Blank was very helpful and let us exchange for a different pair and even sent them to his home, which is a different address than when I originally purchased them. Just some great customer service that you do not see much anymore.

I think I have personally bought around 8 pairs of glasses (a little obsession) now and the service has always been impeccable even after having a problem with one particular pair ! I constantly get compliments when wearing BLANK sunglasses and I have recommended them countless times !
It’s worth saying that even when I had a problem with my order Blank were amazing to deal with and went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied !

The sunglasses I ordered never arrived. Contacted Customer service and they immediately replaced them. They were excellent and even followed up to make sure I got the replacement.
The sunglasses were very good quality and my son loved them.
