This used to be a reliable cleaning service that has gone completely downhill recently. Starting with my collection, the driver never turned up at the booked time, when I tried to rebook, it was days before they could finally squeeze in a collection time. Things went horribly wrong from there…my delivery came with only one of the two items I gave for cleaning and they couldn’t arrange another delivery for a week which meant that I had to rearrange my schedule to be available.
They also completely ignored my request for my duvet to be cleaned with a fragrance free detergent as I am very sensitive to synthetic fragrance. My duvet came back smelling of perfume and I had to air it out for days to remove the scent. I ended up buying a brand new duvet to use in the meantime. They offered to re clean it for me but that again was a disaster and the duvet returned damp with clumps of wet feather and a small tear in the fabric which feathers are leaking out of. They were also very shady when I asked what the ingredients were in their so-called fragrance free detergent and replied that the company policy is not to share the detergent brand they use. This lack of transparency is troubling to say the least.
The last nail in the coffin for me was when a down coat I sent for cleaning came back with blotchy discoloration of the fabric and is now completely ruined.
If you value your expensive items, reliability & transparency in a company then avoid at all costs!

Blanc is highly professional and efficient when it comes to dry cleaning. I was very pleased with the service and the quality of my returned coat. The coat was dry cleaned and ozone treated which got rid of the smell after failing to do so at other dry cleaning services.

Absolutely appalling service! They lost a Celine coat and have lost other expensive items in the past. They clearly have no clue what they are doing. It’s one thing to offer natural, non-toxic cleaning, which is why I continued using them, but it’s another thing if every time you experience issues, either items are not returned in time, or worst of all, are lost completely or sent to the wrong customers. There is zero customer service, as no one responds, and they don’t take matters like these seriously. I’ve tried speaking with the CEO Ludovic in the past when we had problems with them again—not returning dry cleaning in time or missing items or lost items. These are very expensive items I’ve been sending in, and to constantly have issues is just a complete waste of time and energy. The CEO's response many years ago when I emailed to complain said, "We have many difficult customers like you." I couldn’t believe what I was reading. Anyway, it was my stupidity for continuing to use them; as I said, it was only because they offer non-toxic cleaning with no chemicals, which is why I chose to stick with them. But what’s the point if I don’t get my items back? So, I’m waiting for a response to find out where and when my Celine coat, if ever, will be returned or if I will receive a refund for it, but I’ve heard nothing.
All I can say is I highly suggest everyone avoid this dry cleaner at all costs because you will lose your items, and you will have nothing but stress to deal with—so it’s a complete waste of time and money!

I have been regularly using this drycleaner for 2 years. Overall their cleaning quality was good although we had some issues with iron prints on some items and a men's blazer which had to be sent back a few times due to poor pressing which they did rectify to our satisfaction. Their prices are high and we had to challenge a few of their charges (e.g. £20 to re-stitch a zipper and £16 to clean a cotton baseball cap) but overall I thought they were trustworthy and professional.
However, that all changed due to horrible service from their customer service manager.
The issue that resulted in me giving this 1 star review has to do with a shoe repair. I needed a simple repair to a strap on one of my favourite pair of navy suede wedge shoes that literally took ONE YEAR to resolve!
Their shoe repair agent sent the shoes back with a very sharp edge that was cutting my skin. I ultimately had to escalate to their customer service manager, after their customer service team failed to resolve the issue over several weeks. She acknowledged, in a written message in mid July 2024, that their shoe repair agent had failed to do the job properly and that their internal quality control had also failed to pick up the issue. She apologized, they refunded the cost of the repair and she again committed in writing to personally oversee the repair "...to ensure it's completed to the highest standard...". Up to this point, all was good.
I heard nothing from her for weeks...literally for OVER SIX MONTHS! In December, I tried to WhatsApp call and message her multiple times but did not hear back. Prior to December, I also tried contacting her via an agent in her customer service team, who sent her multiple emails. Each time this agent confirmed in writing that she passed the message onto the customer service manager but the manager never followed up or responded. On the agent's last day with the company (in January 2025...6 months after the customer service manager committed to personally resolving the issue to the highest standard) the agent emailed me to say she had messaged the customer service manager multiple times over the past few months and would do so one final time. After a few more attempts from me to contact the customer service manager directly, she finally responded by Whatsapp to say the shoes had been returned to me on 13 December. That was impossible as I was away on a business trip for the first 3 weeks of December and I never authorized a delivery! After I replied as such to the customer service manager and chased her to update me on what happened to my shoes, she again stopped responding to any messages.
Three days later, on 18 January 2025, I received an unexpected text message that a delivery is arriving - again, an unauthorized delivery. I was away that weekend so had to stress out for another few days before returning to find that their driver had hung the shoes on our doorknob!
To say that the customer service manager's lack of responsiveness, lack of accountability and unprofessionalism is a disappointment would be an understatement. The CEO/GM of Blanc should take notice and look into her handling of customer service issues. I saw at least one other review from a customer who had a bad experience with this same customer service manager. How a company resolves issues is a true test of their customer care and integrity. And in this case, Blanc really let me down. Because of this customer service manager's behavior and her failings, I will never use this company again and advise others to be cautious.
Further update - shortly after posting this review on 29 January, I got a message from the same customer service manager (who had failed to respond for days and weeks). She did not reach out to take accountability for this issue and apologize for how badly she handled this whole situation. Instead, she actually wrote that she was "personally quite offended" that I had left a legitimate and 100% truthful review. Funny how she found time to respond to my messages when she saw her name in the review but not before or after.

Despicable Customer Service.
Waiting for a refund since Oct 2024.
No ownership from this company and employees.
Sent them a total of 14 emails and numerous phone calls.
Impossible to talk to their supervisor Emma.
Zero following up in timely manners. The client has to do it.
Chasing them to refund my lost item since October 2024.
But the palaver dates back from end of August 2024.
Took them 2 months to admit that they lost my item.
They finally agreed to a refund end of October.
Still no refund, now in December.

1) Blanc ruined my vintage Gaultier evening jacket. I've no idea how they manage it, but it must have been so roughly handled, or folded or crushed at some point, that the boning broke through the silk.
2) I have had to wait for over 6 weeks while they kept the jacket so that their "expert" could assess the damage.
3) They claim that their compensation is limited to £200!
4) When I took the item in I specifically asked if the cleaning was done on site, because I didn't want the jacket transporting off site. I was told it was all done on site. This, I have since found out, was a lie.
5) The customer service has been terrible. I have not been properly kept up to date, and I myself have had to chase up all the way. The tone of voice of customer service is super casual and I find it very disrespectful, and that they have not taken the issue seriously.

We had used Blanc a few times with no issues before, but you only know how good a provider is when problems occur.
When they delivered our dry cleaning items, two items were missing. It took them weeks to identify them. They were also very confused because I had two other items requiring special care and taking so they thought I was complaining about these ones being late. Thankfully, I had taken pictures of things I dropped. After about 6 emails and a few weeks of chasing them, they delivered the missing items.
The special care items came back, but one of them hadn't been cleaned (there was coughing syrup and you could tell the sugar was still on the surface). They refunded me some of the items, but honestly, I wasted so much time chasing them, and I was upset by the lack of clarity in their responses (what? when?), that I can no longer recommend them.

Blanc's dry cleaning left holes in a vintage dress. They admitted fault and agreed to remedy. We visited the Nptting Hill store a couple of times to follow up. Then they gave the dress away to charity as they claimed we never contacted them! They did offer us a mere £50 voucher (to be used at Blanc, of course). Shambolic.
