Great customer service as always, gotta say I miss that old return policy though, but that's my fault, why buy the knife if you aren't gonna use it. Other than that I've never really had any problems with bladehq, service is just always great, always doing what they can to help.👍🏽

Very helpful. I was getting concerned about the package getting here after I leave town. It’s been sitting in North Carolina for almost a week so they must’ve lost it or something, but it’s on the way now so the representative that I dealt with her name escapes me was very, very good so thank you for that and hopefully I’m gonna get my package tomorrow. I’m looking forward to getting the knives.

They literally cancelled an order for me so they could place a new one because I missed on a free knife promo. I wouldn’t even be made if it wasn’t honored, it’s with their right to not include the free promo knife. But they did.

Do not use BladeHq. I ordered from them for convenience BUT the knifes are way over priced. I overlooked the price and was paying the premium (Like an idiot, don't be an idiot). But my last order I tried to get an engraving on my knife, the customer service was so bad I thought it was AI bot. After 2 days of back and forth with " the team " as they put it I realized that NO ONE should be giving these people money. They are not the type of business that knife enthusiast should support and I will leave it at that. I will go into details on my YouTube channel. Hopefully my 791k followers will stop their support and if you have used my affiliate links please stop! I unsubsrcibed from all future bladehq updates. Sincerely MC

While the rep was courteous and polite, I’m not sure how much effort they put into trying to get an answer to the question. When they wrote “I’m not seeing any confirmation” that, to me, means they quickly checked a page they had access to on a computer and stopped there. It doesn’t sound like they asked higher-ups the question - did they email anyone, pick up the phone and call anyone, or, heaven forbid, actually ask anyone face to face? There is no doubt SOMEONE at BHQ has the answer to the question, but it would appear the rep did a pro forma search and stopped there.
