Purchase

I saw they were running a promotion if you spend over $150 you get a free Verdict knife. I placed an order over $150. After I placed it i realized you had to put a code in to recieve the free knife. I reached out to Blade HQ asking if I would still get it being I spent over the $150 and did not see you had to enter a code and was told no.

The company did well and particularly the assistant I had. Response after the initial one was quick, glad I didn’t have to wait days to come to a conclusion. Bladehq is the goat and I will continue to buy my bench made from here. Also thanks for always putting stickers in the boxes, I like them.

I recently purchased a Gerber fixed…

I recently purchased a Gerber fixed blade with the horizontal/ vertical type option for carry. This was the attached email for my purchase. The sheath provided makes it nearly impossible to draw the knife. Its a terrible design flaw.

Holiday shipping

I'm just upset because order is not going to arrive before Christmas I made 2 orders 2 days apart the 700 dollar order made it here via fed ex in about 5 days the second order was sent via USPS I know it was only a 200 dollar order but I think blade hq should have sent both orders fed ex but oh well I never thought in a million yrs it would take more than 13 or 14 days to get here. The service that Jan gave was perfect a 15 dollar credit which I don't really care about and she answered my unhappy email with swiftness so I get it it's USPS and Christmas fault send everything fed ex that is over 200 bucks I would say!!!!!
