Floor mat as described was eventually delivered. Perhaps you could be more obvious in advising that a minimum number of orders had to be reached before the product could be dispatched.

Great desk, but assembly needs serious improvement
The desk itself is great quality for the price and works really well once it’s finally set up. The L‑shape looks fantastic and the rising sit‑to‑stand function is smooth and sturdy.
That said, the assembly was a challenge — it took three of us to build it, and the instructions definitely need improvement. If you’re planning to put this together, make sure you have a couple of strong friends on hand.
Overall, a solid desk with good functionality, but the setup experience brings the rating down.

Did not receive the cable tray that I ordered. And the one I did receive I couldn’t even mount to my desk as there were no screw holes.

I bought a wireless phone charger and a monitor riser and there were no instructions. Luckily the riser was straight forward if you have installed side anchor screws before. There are ugly bolts in view (no caps provided to cover big ugly side anchor screws. Horrible laminate join. The wireless charger.... I have no clue and it looks like I may need to drill into my desk which won't be happening. How hard is it to send a video link or include instructions
