Shocking Customer Service for heated jacket and gloves AVOID

Shocking service, customer support is only via an email, no phone number and once they realise you know that your order will take over 2 weeks to get delivered they stop replying to your emails. There stock comes from China all cheap stuff, over priced and when delivery does eventually arrive it's delivered by EVRI, formally known as Hermes.
no chance of getting a refund once you have placed the order as they say already in transit.
You don't get an email confirmation of your order and no delivery dates were sent.
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE

Don't judge just on the negative reviews.

I'm saying 4 star and I'm only saying 4 star because it was a few days outside the timeframe. So here I go, I ordered from this company based in an internet search, not knowing anything about them. I got a bit concerned when I seen it was coming out of China as it seemed to be a UK website. So I done a bit of research and game across these reviews and they were negative, extremely negative which worried me. I was surprised when I got home today to see the package sitting there as I'd only seen the reviews last night and my tracking was still showing as China. I opened the package expecting the worst but I was shocked, it was everything I'd hoped for, the size was correct, the quality seemed no different to similar garments I'd purchased and there were no marks or damage, so I'm happy, very happy. Price wise, it's probably more expensive than I'd pay for a non branded product but with free shipping from China I can't complain. Quality wise, there was nothing to concern me as I fully checked it over, if it had said Gucci or some other high quality name I wouldn't have thought twice about it.

So for anyone reading the reviews I can only think that the positive experiences have not been logged and only the negative are available to see, which makes sense I suppose. So here's my positive review albeit the delivery time was slightly out, but I can live with that.

Conned

I ordered a real gold dipped rose for my wife's 50th Birthday.
Paid £49.95.
It arrived after 25 days, 2 weeks after her birthday and looked nothing like what I'd ordered.
It was a cheap looking plastic rose not worth a tenner never mind the £49.95 I paid.
Avoid this company at all costs

None deliveryI ordered a heated gilet over 25 days…

I ordered a heated gilet over 25 days ago I contacted to say I have not received it. They said it was delivered and produced a tracking photo of a small package was wedged in my letterbox but the item I ordered was for an xxxl gilet (so very large) which would certainly not go through a small average letterbox and Considering I am house bound I would be aware of my daily delivery’s
These people made just come artists DO NOT TOUCH THEM
Well after 2 years and 5 months I get a reply but still not the item I purchased

Avoid this site at all costs

I wish I'd come across this site before I ordered from them. The heated vest arrived 2 weeks after I placed my order. I plugged in the USB, the light came on for a nano second and then nothing. It does not work. I do not want a replacement. I want my money back. It looks as if this will be a battle. I understand this is a bogus company that looks bona fide. Cheap stuff from China. Sigh.

Fraudulent.

They deserve no stars.
I ordered a heated jacket and I took a screen shot of the order number. I didn't receive a confirmation email. 9 days pass, and nothing has arrived. I've recieved no contact or tracking number from them. I contacted the company last night who try to gaslight me this morning by saying I did not shop with them and to contact the correct shop. Reporting them for scams and fraudulent trading.

I am hoping my bank can help me.

Products look good but poor quality

Products look good but poor quality. I ordered jeans, button holes completely sewn up so couldn’t wear. Eventually got UK address to return them. Still waiting for refund.
I have forwarded proof of returned items being delivered. I look forward to a speedy refund now.
Update 20/10 despite sending proof of delivery to the return address on 5/10 and tracking number of delivery. They still want more information, what info is not clear, and I have not been refunded.
I’ve had an email confirming I will receive a refund but I several days later still waiting ….

AVOID.. WARNING...

I would not even give 1 star!!! avoid this company brought an item that came directly from China unbeknown to me. The item was not as described in the website when I received it. Asked for a refund was told NO! as the item was not faulty and had nothing wrong, emails were ignored, I pointed out the item was not as described! And therefore their returns policy they kept stating was void!. I eventually had to take the complaint to Trading Standards, and to citizens advice, copying in this fake company Black Norway, they then offered me discounts to keep the item purchased... Twice!! Each time I refused. I WAS EVENTUALLY told I could return but it had to go back to CHINA, Another letter to T. Standards again copying them in.. They eventually gave in!! and I could return to the London address listed. I got the refund but the postage was never reimbursed, I was told by T. Std. I was well within in my right to get the cost of item including postage and damages! For my security I returned signed delivery as they are NOT TRUSTWORTHY.. AVOID THESE LIKE A NASTY, YOU WOULD NOT WANT TO CATCH!!!

DO NOT BUY SELLING FAKES TRAPPING YOU BY THEIR RETURN POLICY

HORRIBLE PEOPLE Trustpilot should have a BIG FAT ZERO for this company. Finally got both my products - one a complete knock off of the original that they have advertised on their website so selling fake stuff. The other product had the parts missing. SCAMMERS that try to trap you with their RETURN POLICY and then it is up to them if they refund you or not.

If you are selling fake stuff and only partially delivering the entire order, then the fault lies with this company. They expect me to deliver their mistakes back to them to Unit 2, Building 9, Jinxiu Jiangnan Phase II,
Longhua District, Shenzhen, Guangdong,
China and then wait for a refund. As you're selling fakes, I will contact my bank for a cashback.

Avoid at all costs!

Our product arrived completely broken, it took 2 months to get a refund out of them. You have to keep saying no to all their ridiculous ways of trying to not refund (including trying to make you post it back to China!) and keep threatening to raise a Visa claim back through your card issuer. A complete scam operation - the registered UK office is a set of commercial kitchens on the the outskirts of London! Save yourself a lot of hassle and do not bother shopping with this company! If you already have, you've got to persevere if you ever want to see your money again.

About as dodgy as it gets

Scam company who will provide a fake DHL tracking id to pretend they are sending products from Germany. Product didn’t arrive as described and I was offered 20% and I was ‘allowed to keep the product’ - how very generous. I replied asking how I return it to Germany strangely enough no reply. Chargeback request raised with my bank.

Do not buy from these people

Do not buy from these people. I ordered two heated jackets. Paid for. Three weeks later not received. No phone number. No tracking details. They are not to be trusted. I agree with the previous person who review that they are scamming people. I am so annoyed and upset as I have ME/fibro and auto immune disease and I thought these would help me for the winter. This is just another shed load of stress which I’m not supposed to have. Absolutely disgraceful. Now not answering emails!!

Too late!

Update to my previous review on 10th, I have since discovered that they are actually based in China, this is where the goods come from and not like my fake DHL tracking code said of Germany. They offered originially a 20% refund and to keep the shoes although 2 sizes to big, no good to me and cheap. Was then offered 30% refund and keep shoes, I still protested and said full refund. Then I get OK, you can send to us in China at your cost even though they sent the wrong size shoes.... So again I protested saying I was going to return the UK address NW10 and that there were no need to send to China as they were delivered by EVRY and NOT DHL, so where are the shipping fees! They have informed me it will take 1- 2 weeks before I get a refund, so I expect that I will not see this and will be going to trading standards to report and going for a charge back including my postage costs on a charge back (Section 75) with the Bank. Everything, other customers in this review have mentioned, has happened to me, so please do not buy from these people. They are banking on people giving up and going away.....

Too late, spent best part of £60 on 2 pair of sneakers, fake DHL number from Germany ha ha, amazing they arrived today from UK. Cheap and nasty plastic shoes won't last 5 mins and 2 sizes to big, awful. I have requested a return postage stamp, as they state in their terms, there is no guarantee they receive our returns! And its their fault. Should of read it all! Anyway for all us victims, if you paid by credit card if not resolved do a section 75 charge back. Takes time but is worth it, contact your bank, some even do forms online, don't let them win!

Customer service ignoring emails

December 2021 - ordered & then received boots that were too small. Contacted customer service & asked to exchange. Very helpful at that point. They said a replacement pair would be sent and to keep the originals. That should have set off alarm bells. March - still not received, another email to ask for update. They would chase. May - still no boots, and now summer! Asked for a return address and refund. No reply to email and still no response as of today. I will never order from them again and would advise people not order anything unless you are 100% sure the size is correct.

Ha ha I should have known better....!!!

Ha ha I should have known better....!!!
Bought a pair of bike goggles. Arrived after about a month. When they did, the were the cheapest nastiest pieces of plastic imaginable And they were broken.
This is where the shenanigans begin....
I contacted blxcknorway via email.
I asked for a refund and was asked to send numerous photos of the broken items. I was offered a replacement but requested a refund. They begged me to reconsider and let them send me another pair. I declined. They then offered me a 30% refund and allowed to keep the broken goggles.....!
Again I declined, so I was instructed to return the broken item for a refund.
The item cost 30 quid and it would have cost me 45 quid to send them back.....!!!!
I have since asked for a 30% refund and keep the useless goggles.
Guess what....!!!?
I've not heard back from them since.ike I said, I should have known better....!!!!

Like others the major issues seem to be…

Like others the major issues seem to be sending the wrong sizing, slow delivery times and poor quality product. I too (see other reviews) bought some rapid cycle shoes which were of poor quality. The company site posts 15 5* reviews, many of which emphasise quicker delivery. To be fair their shipping section does say that they send from China and that it takes 7-14 days, 15 in my case. And, the ubiquitous Jeannie does respond quickly to your emails.

Should have read the reviews first, so would not feel like a victim.

Purchased from them and took forever to arrive. Sizes are ridiculous under, so needed to return.

So they drag out the process and then deny that you are eligible as you are NOW out of time!

There are plenty of professional businesses out there, sadly this is not one of them so stay clear.
