Seems I got off quite lightly compared to other customers. I received my order so late it was unwanted, I had meanwhile ordered from another company and received the item in 2 days. Attempted return and refund, Black Norway stalled, gave excuses then stopped answering emails altogether. Realised that if they ever did provide a return address, they certainly wouldn't provide a refund, so gave up, which of course is exactly what they were aiming for. Shocking, dishonest company.

I wish I'd checked trustpilot for reviews before I ordered on this website as i woukd never have ordered fro the company. I purchased a telescopic fishing rod and reel for my partner and clearly been scammed as item not received and no response to my emails the item and £80 lighter !! More fool me for not checking this appalling scamming company !

I ordered what was advertised as a good quality pair of sunglasses. What I received was a cheap pair of completely different sunglasses, damaged as they had come from China, wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap!!
Customer services, who can only send one email a day at 8am on the dot, simply refuse to refund me. They have offered me a new pair of sunglasses and make it sound like they are doing me a favour. They obviously only sell cheap fakes despite charging £80.
Steer clear and avoid at all costs!!

Wish I had read the reviews...heated mitts ordered...£80 reduced in sale to £39....the instructions are screwed up and not readable in Chinese.. Mitts are poor quality and not really worth more than £10 dont work either....
Also hole in the material inside..

If I could give no stars that would be to many. Anyone likely to order from this website stay well clear it’s a scam, I purchased a knife set for £125, I ended up with a set worth £10, the metal blades have know rusted, original order was for black blades with black handles we ended up with silver cheap blades and orangey brown handles, they offered me 30% refund knowing I woundn’t send them back to China, they look as if they’re trading in uk but that’s a lie it’s China.
Stay we away from these absolute con.

Shocking Service start to finish. I ordered a four seasons double sleeping bag. After three weeks of no delivery, no delivery update I started chasing. I was told it was being shipped from China and I’ve been delivered to them, not me. I was unaware that the order was getting shipped from China and it would take this long to arrive so I asked to cancel the order. I needed the sleep bag for a trip and it wouldn’t arrive on time. That was ignored at first and then eventually they agreed to cancel the order and refund me. Then I got two different emails confirming my cancellation and refund. Once stated, I’ll be refunded within seven working days and then another email telling me I’d be refunded in 2 to 3 weeks. I have no product and no clue how long the refund is going to take. I’ve been left with no choice but to take it up with my bank after the 30 days. My advice would be to avoid this company.

There isn't an option for zero stars and believe me this company does not deserve even one star.
I ordered a GPS watch (advertised with map screen display) and they sent me a 'sports watch'. It didn't have GPS at all - just gave medical data like pulse rate and sleep hours. When I contacted them I was told it gave height & barometric pressure data. Maybe it does, but it's not GPS. I asked for a refund they said they would discount 20% and I could keep the watch. I refused and asked for a return & refund. They said they would discount 30% and I could keep the watch. I refused and asked for a return & refund. They responded by saying that I must return it to an address in China with full transit insurance paid. This would have cost more than the watch.
So, I have applied to my bank for a full refund and told them they can collect the watch within two weeks.
Be aware that their customer care is pure AI, so this is what everyone will get.
If you have made the mistake of buying from them, use your bank for the refund. Don't give up. If you give up it gives them a decent fraudulent business model.

Ordered a set of ‘bespoke’ iron covers costing £79.99 and when they finally arrived wrapped in a clear plastic bag with no literature at all including no receipt I realised I’d been mugged off.They are not particularly well made and the same ‘made in China’ label is in them.I don’t expect these to last any longer than a set costing a quarter of the price.Please ignore the obviously fake 5* reviews on their website. Hat tip to Instagram for allowing yet more crap to be advertised on their platform.

I ordered cycling shoes when you buy stuff they show UK address as contact us. When the shoes arrived they were poor quality without any tags or stickers not worry £ 10 but I paid £ 50. When I emailed for return form. They said keep them will refund 30% insisted for return address they gave me address in CHINA to return what a joke. Total scam I please don't but nothing quality is appaling

Terrible, complete scam. I bought a heated coat for £89.99. I wanted a larger size so ordered a 26. I can barely get my arms in to it. My daughter who is a 14 can’t even get in to it. I have tried & tried emailing them and have had zero helpful responses. I managed to find their UK based address to return this to and in line with my consumer based rights, I will be doing so and demanding a refund. As to whether or not I’m successful is in question. This is a terrible terrible company, avoid. I always check company reviews before I buy but for this one, I rather stupidly didn’t and it has definitely burned me. Do not buy from this company!!

I ordered the wrong size and Ben the customer service manager sorted all my problems out. He is very professional.

strongly advise against buying anything from Black Norway. This company is not what it appears to be – their products are cheaply made in China, massively overpriced, and the customer service is a nightmare.

I ordered an air ventilation fan which took three weeks to arrive. When it finally did, it turned out to be a flimsy piece of plastic, absolutely not worth the money I paid. After complaining, they agreed to refund me and told me it would take 2–3 weeks. It’s now been over three and a half weeks, and I still haven’t received my money back. Every time I follow up, they come up with a new excuse.

Returning the item was also made intentionally difficult. This company inflates prices by 3 to 4 times the actual value and then makes it extremely hard for customers to get their money back if they’re not satisfied.

This is not a trustworthy business – it’s a scam disguised as a “premium” brand. Please save yourself the hassle and don’t waste your money here.

Item not as advertised on their website and now fighting for my refund. Emails are all AI generated......... Initial offer was 20% refund and keep the item. I've requested AGAIN a full refund. Do not order from this sham of a company based in China. Total scam and very misleading with their Web page and advertising. If you find yourself on this site, move on.

ordered an item then the trouble started as i saw it was most probably a scam so i have tried to cancel but i am ignored and there is no phone number to call them just emails so i am now contacting my bank .

Ordered on 10th May. Now 16th June. Took all this time for damaged, expensive item to be delivered (from China, not Europe as website leads you to believe). Got fobbed off with a replacement. This took ages, too, for the wrong item to arrive. They tried to offer a 30% discount for stuff that is useless and poor quality.
I demanded a refund, but return postage £25!
I will never go near this company again. It's put me off buying anything online.

Ordered a jacket in my size! Didn’t fit by a long way! Emailed and explained they asked for photo as well did that showing it was way too small and can I return? They sent me exact same size again! Emailed back and forth for 3 months!! And they now say the time has expired for refund or any action on their part! BE WARNED

Ordered before I realised it was coming from. I was given a tracking number that after several weeks showed as Returned to Sender.
I emailed website to be given another tracking number which shows either In Transit or Returned, depending where I look.
Seems very much like a scam.

Couldn't evan be bothered to answer emails, false advertising for UK products, do not buy from black norway otherwise you will get scammed!

“Jeannie” says all the right things, but your purchase will take a full month to arrive as it’s coming from China. if it arrives, it might be what you’ve ordered, and it might work, or it might not. Frustratingly and unnecessarily deceitful from start to finish.
