Came to look at an Audi a3
Came to look at an Audi a3. Staff was really friendly and was so knowledgeable about the vehicle. I took it for a test drive and the car was as it was listed. Nothing wrong with it and not had any problems since. Really straightforward purchase and couldn’t recommend them enough! Will definitely be back in the future when I need to upgrade.

Been looking around for a good few weeks and had trouble with the staff at other dealerships I found this place on my way home from work and ended up getting the perfect spec s3 for my budget the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable especially Joe he pointed me in the right direction for my budget there was also another member off staff riaz also very helpful Joe is so knowledgeable about all vehicles in the for court I will defo be coming back for a car over ny for my wife

Had a great experience with this company buying an Audi A6, customer service was top noch answering all my questions and showing me the car before sale. 25 years of car buying and this experience was the best I’ve ever had. The test drive was a very relaxed, thorough and enjoyable one and every other aspect of the purchase was quick and easy. In fact I could have had the new car the following day if i’d wanted to. Very impressed. Riaz was a credit to the company.

The customer service is next level
The customer service is next level, each staff member are so helpful and very knowledgeable they helped me choose a lovely a6 saloon that was absolutely immaculate, couldn’t fault the condition of the car. Riaz in the office was a pleasure he helped me tax my car and even put some fuel in the car for my journey home. Couldn’t fault the guys so helpful and will be back for my next car in 3 years time!!

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service I have ever received, all their reviews on auto trader are fake! Avoid at all costs. Told me to only pay cash and when I told them I can only bank transfer they said get out now you’re wasting my time. I travelled from Birmingham to view a Jaguar XF and the service was non existent. The building was disgusting and was like no one was even there. Something fishy with this company will avoid at all costs!!!
