One of the best suppliers of TCG products
We've been Blackfire's customers for soon to be 20 years - from the times when they had a small stall at Essen Fair to when they became one of Europe's largest distributor. We have found Blackfire to be one of the most attentive and reliable suppliers for any TCG or collectable products. They have excellent stock, competitive prices and very good delivery times to the UK even after Brexit.

Nail in tire
I was on my way back from the mountains from Thanksgiving. I got to Hickory and got a nail in my tire. Stopped at BTS Black’s Tire. Ulises got me in less than 10 minutes and out of the door within 20 minutes. He was supper nice and efficient. If I lived in Hickory and needed tire care that’s the place to go.

They keep making the same terrible mistakes over and over again. Completely unreliable and no customer service whatsoever. They don't answer the phone and don't reply to email. They claim to be professional, but they're total amateurs.

1. Shipping always takes forever, never on point for a release.
2. They removed our spoke person, which I think does not matter, but the quality is going down since their rebranding effort
3. Never enough stock. We can purchase 20 cases and only get 1 Case even if they claim to have enough, this and that. The fun fact is people with less spending and who have not been on the platform for years are getting more items distributed than we do with local stores.
4. Since the new shop system is live, backorders do not exist. We get 9 months after the initial release another 10k chunk of stock which should be in backorder to delete or to discuss further.
5. We wanted to get our items into our new warehouse, we sent a mail towards them 2 weeks ago, but no response. We called them 50-60 times, but nobody answers.
They should be claiming, "Worst Wholeseller in History"
BAD SITE
I used to buy from the site regularly, since they changed the products they never arrive on time and if they arrive damaged they also tell you that the damage is RIDICULOUS! and that in addition to the time, customers and money lost, they refund you 5%, are you kidding me? all damaged products that if they packed better it wouldn't happen! strongly not recommended!

Very bad customers services, applied for this supplier and after waiting for weeks. They send me a list of extra information is need to adres, this is what i did. Now 6 weeks later, stil no reaction. I messaged customers service and even the office that register orders, just got ignored. Very unprofessional.

This is the first order with them, we have been open a week and every other company we have dealt with, we have paid on time. This excuse is bizzare and inaccurate. Horrible experience
The worst service in EU
Had worked with Blackfire few years, but finally I had to stop working with them.
Their communication is worst I've seen along whole my business experience. They ignores email and phone calls for a long periods (it's OK for them to answer you after few month).
As a result, releases never come on time. Sometimes there is a delay of more than half a year.
Superb costumer care , great quality
Most of the time i dont write reviews.However this timeis different this company made something thats not really common in todays world.Long story short i bought a set of dice for my rpg tabletop game from them.
When one of the pieces went missing I contacted their costumer care center wether I can buy it separately.
They replied if I send my contact info they are going to send a new one. After a week the dice showed up in my post box. I felt really
positively about their company being so caring in todays world.

Blackfire provide us a very good service, with good prices, good service and fast communication.
They were better before
They have a lot of different brands and categories but since they move the delivery of the orders are not working as they did before. Previously they were quite fast and accurate and nowadays the delivery is not so fast.
Also we do not know why but we are not able to use Direct Debit with them, as their invoices never reach our bank. We have checked it a number of times but there is no solution and this is the only retailer that has this problem.

Blackfire - Great but always room for improvement
Blackfire generally offer us a very good and consistent service. Being able to pre / order online is very useful. The account managers are good at tweaking your order and respond quickly to requests.
There are a few issues I would note:
- I have found have been not being notified when a product is delayed.
- Sometimes products are out on sale in the UK and still not available from Blackfire
- The items you needed at a certain time and didn't get go onto backorder and it is easy to overlook these, so they arrive months later and you no longer need them
- getting product in sealed cases - where customers request sealed cases sometimes they have been opened in error
Despite these things I find them a valuable partner to work with.
