Ordered sand
Ordered sand, as I paid it pulled my old address through as the . I contacted through the form, but never heard anything, and delivery went to my old address.
Disappointed that I never heard back, even after it had been delivered.

I recive only one product out of three
I ordered three products but only received one. I sent two emails to customer service asking for an explanation, but I never got a reply. Very disappointing experience and poor communication. I won’t be ordering from this company again unless they improve their customer support.

Cant fault anything, Had material sent to old address, pointed this out, and free of charge received new batch of material right away, fantastic service.

Post took 6 days for some reason but for sorted
I’m giving 5 stars because I’m not the sort of person to give bad reviews based on forgetting to post has we all have bad days
But I received the order confirmation and item had been shipped next day then 5 days go by and realise no order has arrived now my work is well behind
I Email then saying what has happened
To my item ? Did get a reply saying will look into it then nothing after
But Then get a Royal Mail email a hour later saying the item has been picked up and be delivered tomorrow . Just a little mix up by the sounds and forgot to post. but we all have a Buisness to run and this put my work behind a good 3 days so 🤷🏼♂️
