I do not recommend Bizay at all. When you place an order, you are given the choice to receive the order with different delivery deadlines at increased costs. I have accepted to pay more and instead of receiving the goods on October 6th, I received them on October 25th. Our celebration was held on October 21th and the order totally useless. Bizay justified this with ‘delays in the production’ but this is not an acceptable excuse, especially when customers are asked to pay more to get an early delivery. I will not order again anything from Bizay and I strongly recommend not to consider it. Furthermore you never have the chance to interact with anyone. Very bad service and concept of service.

Only today (January 2nd, 2023) I have read the reply from Bizay saying that "Regarding the reason why you presented your complaint, we found that it has already been resolved.". I do not quite understand what do you mean by this. Nothing was solved. I also had hard time to get rid of your advertising messages that were literally spamming my mailbox. You have solved nothing and it is quite annoying to read that instead of finding real solutions to your bad service, you try to induce other customers to believe that problems were promptly solved. Unbelievable. Never again.

Very good service and fast delivery. The quality of the product is great!

I received the first pack of business cards and more than half of them had a gray line on the left side near to the cut line. The quality is not acceptable.
Although Bizay sent me a new package right away. But the first production was really unacceptable.
So I can only 3+1 stars.

Quality of tisk is not the best and paper is very thin.

The goods (water bottles) arrived late, in very poor print quality and the customer service throughout the order process was arrogant, slow and ignorant. I have no chance to contact you by phone and your response times to mails are usually several days. I have already placed this feedback with customer service and hope for insight and refund of the invoice amount. Otherwise, I will take legal action to get my money back.

Bon article conforme à la description, livraison rapide

Most of my flyers have jagged ends and look destroyed. Very disappointing! Now I’m regretting that I haven’t printed them out by myself at home…

Bad bad bad, horrible work, super horrible custom assistance!
Worst is not possible!

Ordered 2000 cards, sent the file with bloodline like requested on the website, paid extra for a professional to check the file, the result was, 1200 cards super badly cut and some of these with yellow glue on it, only 800 of the 2000 cards came “good”, after this i sent a message talking about the issue, im in a email war with bizay automatic robot client assistance that asks me everyday fotos of the cards wich i send every time i recieve such email, i will be forever in this war until i quit, because customer assistance of bizay is the worst client comunication system ever! Super bad experience!

Bizay does not care and probably will never fix my issue with them, so this goes to who is gonna make an order with them, read this and the others like me cuz the ones on there website probably are just fake digital created names giving 5 stars when they deserve none!

All as expected. Only problem was that everything in the package was a bit upside down since no protection was added to secure it but I’m 100% ordering again!
