Mixed experience, some good, some not so good
I was very happy with the help I received in converting my drawing into the final white design for the bag. I was not so happy with the final product. The design came out perfectly, thanks! However, the closure for the bag is badly designed and very stiff, so it detracts a lot from the usefulness of the product. It is hard to close the bag properly. Delivery was also significantly delayed beyond the date originally announced.

Need quality check
I like the variety to print on different products. I started with the more simple ones, business cards, and there are certain quality issues. I ordered a normal 2-sides card, and 1 thick one with color inside. I love the thick one, though I lost about 20 from the lot because they were stuck together and the surface got damaged. About the plain one, part of the ink on one side went on the white side, all of them don’t look clean. To improve this, you need to let the ink dry before cutting if one side is dark colored and the other is not.

The worst printing quality ever.
The worst printing quality ever.
The text in all pens can be removed very easily. I'm trying to complain via the website and the message does not go.
The pens are like expected for the price. Nothing special.
But the printing quality of the text I wrote it is unacceptable. I don't know what happen wrong, but if they will not make the order again (if they want to send these pens back, they must pay the shipping cost, as this is NOT my fault and only their fault.
As it seems they don't have quality control.
I will change this review, only if they act professionally. If you find it here, it means they are not and stay away.

It was awful. Products arrived broke and poor quality printing. Customer service said my order was refunded to my account. My order was 70chf and I was refunded 6.42chf. Cool.

Slow and Frustrating
Slow and Frustrating
Orders are delayed, none of the original dates given for my order were respected. When trying to make changes to designs, it's almost impossible to reach someone who can answer on time, and when they do, the changes aren't made. I have been waiting for an order with 4 items for over a month, received items produced wrong, and no attention was given to these failures.
I am very frustrated with the service, the quality of the products, and would not recommend Bizay to anyone.
