Hi Michael, I am sorry you are disappointed. You won't receive an insurance card with your coverage by mail because with Bivvy you can go to any licensed veterinarian! Bivvy is a reimbursement policy, meaning we will reimburse you directly for any covered vet expenses for your insured family pet. You can access an electronic copy of your policy at any time by logging into your account. You may also email us at team@bivvy.com to obtain a copy.
