LOST ITEMS
I lost my skins. Verified every part of the trade, did it with there bot 100 %. The best they can come up with is saying its my fault and there is no solution. I am just asking to recieve the skins I had planned on buying after my trade. I think this is fair but the AI support is no help and the email service is even worse. Id like this problem solved and resolved.

I had a problem with a withdrawal
I had a problem with a withdrawal and thought I lost money, so I send an e-mail about it. I didn't get a response for a few days so I send another one. This thime I got a response the same day and it turns out that my mail was first flagged as spam but that got resolved quickly, since then they have been very helpful to me and always response very quickly.
