Can't pull out my items and support says to just wait. I've traded over $1000 on the site and that's the most they'll help. These are not items on hold these are items that have been on the website in my inventory with no restrictions.

Payment and withdrawal was very swift and i had no problem receiving my skin. I live in India and i thought I'd have problem with the currency conversion and fees but it all went very smooth and i got my trade offer within 5 mins of payment. Very satisfied and planning to buy more skins in future from bitskins.

Very responsive support, the team got back to me very quickly when i had sent Native BTC to a Segwit address, as well as below the minimum transaction amount. They were generous to help me the way they did and I didn't get any attitude in the response email like other support teams from other companies tend to do! BitSkins is awesome :)
