2 Outgoing transfers didn't arrive and very poor customer service from Bitsa
I am severely disappointed with my recent experience with Bitsa. Despite initiating two substantial transfers, each of significant amounts, with the expectation that they would be processed within 48 hours, it has now been 72 hours, and neither transfer has reached their intended recipients.
I then reached out to Bitsa seeking clarification on the delayed arrival of the funds, I was unexpectedly asked to provide documentation detailing the source of the funds used to top up my Bitsa card. I sent the requested documentation promptly. However, it has been more than 24 hours, and my documents have yet to be processed.
This prolonged delay in document verification, even after resubmitting the required documentation as requested, is highly disappointing. It has added to the existing inconvenience and has left me in a state of uncertainty regarding the progress of my transactions.
I encountered a similar situation previously when Pecunia Cards blocked my account as a precaution against fraud. I promptly submitted all the requested documentation then, and after three days, the block was lifted. Therefore, it is disheartening that a similar process is being repeated with the relevant department at Bitsa.
I reached out to their customer service again to explain why the documents still aren't processed and why the transfers haven't reached their destination yet.
Unfortunately, despite sending a detailed email, I did not receive a satisfactory response. My case was assigned to an employee named "Esteban," yet regrettably, the email thread was closed by him without providing me with the necessary responce.
Furthermore, according to information shared by another user in a review, documentation I sent should have been processed within 24 hours. However, this has not been the case in my situation, leading to further inconvenience and uncertainty regarding the status of my transactions.
I am deeply concerned about this situation and the lack of effective communication and support from Bitsa. Due to the persisting issues and after reading multiple negative reviews, I have initiated legal proceedings, as this experience has left me with a sense of unease.
I hope that Bitsa can promptly address these concerns and take necessary measures to improve their services for all customers.

I deposited twice to Bitsa's deposit address, the second deposit resulted in an overpayment - with the result that the coins are blocked up to a value of €500.
This is not good service and I would like to complain publicly.
If you refund my coins I may change my mind.

After years of using Bitsa they blocked my account. I send the requested documents and I heard nothing from them for weeks. I messaged Bitsa-Support and said they had nothing to do with it because a company called Pecunia does all the banking for them. They conveniently can't be contacted and ignore my emails since the beginning of September, leaving me without banking or a way to pay my rent since my money was on that account. Super shady and fraudulent, avoid at all costs.
Bitsa is definitely a SCAM.
I made an outgoing bank transfer of €2900 identified ********* on 11th of September 2023 which didn't arrive. After I contacted Bitsa about the issue they told me they need source of funds. Since then I have sent them:
- Employment contract
- Sale of a car deposit bank statement (dated 18th of August - sent to Bitsa on 19th of September - sent a complete Bank statement for entire month of August of another of my bank accounts
- Loan bank statements - proving dates when I received financial aid from a close friend.
- Online betting and casino account screenshots from "********" platform where I am showing withdrawal of money that were previously deposited there.
Few other documents as well.
Basically I have proven the source of funds in 4 different ways ( not to mentioned that it is 2900 euro not some large amount...) and they still simply keep and operate with my money.
I only received template email responses ( they don't have ANY other means of communication.)
However my money are still with them.
Reading reviews online it turned out there are hundreds of people scammed by them as well.
I am planning on filing a combined lawsuit against them.

I will explain about bitsa and how it working! Everything in bitsa belongs to PECUNIA CARDS E.D.E, SL ,bitsa only name ! One day they requested documents about source of founds and yes it cryptocurrency friendly account , they can accept cryptocurrency then to move it to fiat without any source of founds because it cryptocurrency! But problem not with source of founds , they requested documents and they got them after one day they approved source, but problem started when without any notice they suspended account and card after one day from moment when I got approve about source, but now it was from PECUNIA CARDS E.D.E, SL side ,they requested same documents and same time bitsa just answered you have to talk with PECUNIA and I never signed nothing with 3rd side company! In policy and terms of bitsa you can find reason why they can suspend card but not account! But they did it ! Bitsa can forward to 3rd party all your details without any problem!

Don't use this company's services. They just freeze my 1k, I topped up bitsa account by transferring my named bank account. I have sent all the requested documents and they saying they can't accept them, because it is not proof of my money's origin. I sent them my bank statement and payslips. Every time they are saying the same, that's not prove anything.

All financial institutions have the possibility of closing the account and taking money out when they block your account, but not bitsa. Support is non existent and they even ban and censor you on their social medias like telegram groups if you try to complain. Very bad behaviour!! BE AWARE, use something like Revolut. I'll sue these guys.

I am distressed that my money is still stuck in my account without any valid reason, and there has been no communication from your team regarding the matter. It is unacceptable that a company would hold a customer's money without any explanation or justification. This lack of response has caused me considerable stress and anxiety.
I would like to request that you provide me with a solution to my problem within the next two days. Failure to do so will force me to take legal action against your company, as I feel that this is a clear case of fraud and negligence. As a customer, I have the right to know why my money is being held and to receive a response from your team regarding my withdrawal request.
If the information I have provided is insufficient or inadequate, please close my account, and give me refund my money.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from your company thus far, and I hope that you will take swift action to rectify the situation. I look forward to receiving a response from your team within the next two days.
