Bad Service

My XRP crypto top-up has still not been credited after a full week.
Support has received all required information from me - including the destination wallet address, transaction hash, and screenshots - yet nothing has been resolved.

I keep getting the same response that they will “keep me updated,” but no actual updates ever come.
It’s a simple top-up, all details are available, and still my account remains uncredited after seven days.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional customer service.

Funds blocked across Pecunia Cards ecosystem - Zero support response

Review Text:
Made a deposit using transparent funds from legitimate graphic design work. Account blocked immediately with automated email requesting documents that went to spam with Google's "unencrypted message" warning.

Provided ALL requested documents and much more: design contracts, invoices, bank statements, full ID verification - practically my entire financial history. Re-sent documents multiple times over months.

Result: Complete silence. No responses, no account unlock, no transfer to alternative bank account.

Warning: Bitsa and PecunPay are operated by the same company (Pecunia Cards EDE S.L.) with identical blocking procedures and the same non-responsive fraud prevention team. They respond to other users but deliberately ignore fund recovery requests.

This is a systematic issue across their entire platform ecosystem. Don't risk your money with any Pecunia Cards services - their automated blocking combined with zero support creates nightmares where legitimate funds disappear.

Bitsa Took My Money, My Dignity, and Then Pretended I Don’t Exist

I never imagined that topping up my card with crypto could turn into such a devastating experience. But thanks to Bitsa, I am now financially drained, emotionally broken, and deeply disillusioned by how a company can treat a human being like disposable trash.
On September 4th, 2024, I made two Monero (XMR) transactions to the address provided by Bitsa’s own platform. Both were confirmed on the blockchain. I sent proof, secret keys, everything. One was credited. The other — vanished. And here’s where the real nightmare began. They admitted they received the second transaction. I begged them to credit it. They claimed I “reused an address” (even though they’re the ones who generated it). They demanded a 10% “intervention fee” and €500 minimum to recover my own funds. I was desperate. I agreed — even to those ridiculous terms.
And then? They ghosted me.
No refund. No reply. No money. No food. No dignity. I was left broke. Humiliated. Like I didn’t matter. Like I was invisible. They made me feel like my suffering was a joke.
This isn’t just theft. It’s discrimination, financial abuse, and emotional cruelty.
I’ve been dragged around for months. No response. No care. Just silence while my money — my survival — sat in their hands. I gave them trust, crypto, patience, even kindness. They gave me mockery, avoidance, and betrayal. If you’re considering using Bitsa — please, learn from my pain. I lost not only money but my peace of mind. And I won’t stop until this injustice is seen, shared, and answered for.

This Bank took 1000euro from me

This Bank took 1000euro from me, doesnt reply to any of my messages. and if you look on other reviews on this website you will find out that im one of a lot of other people who got their money never back from this bank. I think at the moment its a scam ! let me tell you why i think this is : After your money and account is frozen . The bank will tell you that it is not responsible for its own banking and will send you to Pecunia Cards. No hotline, you will only get an email address. Pecunia Cards ignores you, they will perhaps send one email, nothing more.they will never talk to you again. Bitsa will tell you they can not do anything for you. google Pecunia Cards fma there you will find a report from the Austrian Financial Market Authority that warns against this company. The founder of Bitsa Bank is Marcos Muñoz ( has a X account). The only thing you can do is complain to the Banco de España. - good luck . also write an email to the EBA and Banque de France - because they re somehow in Spain and France. FOUNDER LIVES IN MONACO. People do something about scamers!

Baby on the way and they steal my money

So i have used Bitsa for a couple of months and it was great. So now when I rent out my apartment to take a smaller one to save money cus we having a BABY on the way, our first child,
I thought I use iban transfer to receive money like 988 euros. I have not received the money but the sender did show me proof of timeline you can follow from Revolut that Bitsa received the money. Instant they lock my virtual card, and ask me to send files to a third party, I have send them everything, I still have not got my money, Revolut said I should call police in Spain and the financial institution. How can they get away with this? I will not rest, I’ve contacted a lawyer. Is there anyone that got their money back? I’m so sad for me it is a lot of money, feel free mail me if you have any resulution or if you got your money back? I have contacted 3 big news papers online and Inter TV channel here in Sweden, they said if I don’t get the money they will post about Bitsa since I have done nothing wrong.
This is just crazy how they can do this. I give them 1 more day and we will file to police and financial institutions in Spain and Europe,

MONEY LOCKED IN THE ACCOUNT SINCE DAY 1

One of the cases in which ZERO stars should have been appropriate.
I was paid via SEPA.
Now I am trying to transfer the money out and since a week I am told that I cannot do so. And they don't even commit to a date in which the withdrawal may be possible, just emailing that FOR AN INDEFINITE TIME the transfer will not be available.
Stay away
Police report will be filed soon.
