This is definitely next Gen tech. I have been struggling with alternative methods for a decade now but in the last couple of years my location has made this next to impossible. Speed on fiber makes anything else a joke except for a few local bottle necks on the weekend. I will attribute that to older fragile infrastructure. If only I had some newer hardware to keep up with this rocket.

I've been using the service for ~2 years and will renew my premium account the minute it expires. Compared to a torrent client installed on the PC, there's a couple of advantages to point out: large files (e.g. movies) can be converted and made streamable, deleted files apparently remain stored on Bitport's servers - when added again they're simply copied to the user's account. All in all, highly recommendable.

I have been with Bitport for 2 years now and have only had a couple of service issues.
Anytime I have had an issue Bitport customer service has been amazingly quick to respond and correct the issue. Thank you Bitport for being there for our streaming needs!

Excent service with a high speed. Never interrupted for the two years I use it. Once required support because of corrupted torrent file. I was resolved fast and efficiently.

Super fast download speeds, and great user experience

Very fast download speeds, faster than Transfercloud.io. I have both and performed multiple speed test and Bitport always finishes before transfercloud.io. The Google drive issue has been fixed and you can transfer files to Google drive flawlessly.

I have used a couple of cloud torrenting services, but BitPort.io is far the best. I was having a couple of problems with the Windows Sync App their offer, i reached the company behind bitport and they solved the problem very very fast, also gift me with some free time service. The velocity of buffer/cache on their servers and the download on client side are flawless. They also include a bunch of options where you can choose which system your preffer to download your files. Very recommended!

I encountered an issue where I am not able to use the service. The staff however, did his best to help me out and finally resolved the issue. By using this product, I am able to torrent safely. The speed is fast and the pricing is reasonable.

Support is very good but please keep in mind they are in the Czech Republic and 6 hour ahead on the USA. Asking for help at 5:00 PM EST is 11:00 PM there.

I've been a subscriber now for about a month, and I have to say, from my first contact with the friendly Bitport staff - at which point I was provided with a short free trial to see if their service met my needs - right up to now, I have been really impressed with the service! The interface takes a little getting used to, but in terms of functionality and reliability Bitport has exceeded my expectations many times over.
I'm really happy - keep up the good work guys!

A lot, a lot of perfect possibilities with Bitport, specially the app when you can almost deal with anything of your box. I had some trouble, and the company is super reactive to solve your problem. I am super happy of the whole pack of services.

I recently joined the Bitport.io community and find it to be pretty user friendly, even for a tech and software novice like me. The thing I like the most is that the support staff answer my questions very quickly, usually within an hour or two. Having a Roku channel to stream from is a huge bonus too. The only thing I would add (if I was a Bitport tech guru) is the option to keep the MP4 transcode over the original AVI, WMV or FLV container. Bitport.io is awesome, either way.

If you are looking for a reliable product to download your files privately I have to recommend Bitport.io. It's fast and reasonably priced. I had to upgrade once to download a large file and when I was done they let me downgrade right after which doubled my subscription for the smaller plan. The customer service is also fast at responding to my messages. In the end my 5 star review comes down to: does the service provide what I'm looking for, is it reasonably priced, and does the customer service actually help me. Yes on all counts
