overall an ok provider. sometimes downloading gets stuck at 100%, weird. two stars were removed for its customer service. no phone service, just online tickets. when tier-1 representative couldn't solve your issue, no tier-2 manager to escalate to or "so called" manager would just disappear . so good luck.

plan to move to seeder or offcloud freemium level when one year service expires.

A much needed service where I live. With a friendly and knowledgeable staff, I receive quick responses to all of my questions. The monthly plans are reasonably priced. The process of capturing the torrent and downloading files to my own computer is remarkably simple and efficient. Even the ability to play videos directly from the site rather than downloading everything is a nice feature.

Overall, I'm glad I found this site, and I have greatly benefitted from it.

Been using for years, great. As of May 28th, 2020 it is no longer working and will not respond to emails for help. Appears defunct now. As well request to change password bounced with error. Bit port is goner

Upload Torrent/Transfer is not working. No one is responding to my ticket after a week. There are few others people like me. Check their facebook page to see how lousy their service is!!

Update: Bitport flagged my review as fake purchase. After providing the proof of purchase, downloading is not working anymore and no response from them. I think they revenge the people who provides negative feedback (Trustpilot provides transaction id to them and they can identify the reviewer)

Often says there's an internet problem when there isn't. Have had to reinstall several times as it can't find the torrents. Many times have had to convert the videos myself. Four times now no video only audio. I am paying for this trash!

Using Bitport has made my life so much easier. No joke! So glad i found them! Download speeds from their cloud are amazing. Torrenting is painless. They will even seed for you. Video is converted in the cloud so it can be streamed in a web browser or downloaded in original form or as the converted .mp4 file. I had a small issue and contacting them took all of 2 seconds and they got back to me right away and explained the problem and even upgraded my plan for a week! Made me feel like I had friends at the company....give these guys a chance to make your life easier. Promise you won't regret it!!!

I have been using Bitport for over two years now and I cannot be any happier with this service. Their website works great both on the full size browser as well as the mobile browser. The website is clean, resizes well, and it’s always up. The download service is excellent as well. I have never had any issues. Their customer service is top of the line. Any time I have a question I can email and they reply in a very polite and professional manner and are always willing to answer anything. I think overall this is a great service well worth the price.

This is the best torrent services out there. There isn't a service that can match their customer service and quality of service. I have been a long time member and I will continue to be a member because they are simply the best and they are constantly striving to improve their services. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to become a member.

The service is a truly one-of-a-kind as of yet. The features are getting better day-by-day and the customer service/support is truly astounding. Turn around time on a bug or feedback is usually less than 24 hours and it's one-on-one with the real deal, someone actually working there, reading and responding to each and every one.
I was skeptical when I started off with the 'Limited' plan and after a mere day or two I was IN. Upgraded to the 'small' package. Within a week I was up to the 'Standard' package and as of this moment I'm caught between whether or not I need to go with the 'BIG' package.
What they are doing at Bitport is truly revolutionary. No more needs for a VPN, you can convert and stream files directly without having to take up a single byte of storage on your hard drive. The new 'sync client' is amazing in itself. Basic, yet perfect. Any new files downloaded (I categorize mine to type) can be synced to your computer nearly immediately following the completed transfer and download speeds are impeccable. And if they are slow, there's a speedtest for their servers in the settings. If the one you're currently downloading from is only pulling 12mbit and another is pulling 160mbit, point-and-click, kaboom!
So anyhow, highly recommend this service, with a trial period to see if you like it first which most VPN's don't even offer. Customer service is A++, bar none. And it's getting better day to day.

Absolutely the BEST torrent downloader out there! Using their APIs are as simple as 1,2,3 and their support is AMAZING!

I wasn't looking for another torrent client as the one I was using previously was working just fine. But I decided to give Bitport a try and see how it works for me -- and am I glad I did! The speed was great and functionality with other services is just as good.

And I should also commend their customer support who has been very patient with all my questions and has been very transparent when they think I will not get the answer I want. I value honesty above all else, and the folks at Bitport did not disappoint. I have to mention Oliver who has been assisting me from the first email I sent. He has always been so helpful and courteous, and has always tried to find a solution for me when I have requests that are not too common. Superb job!

Please keep up the excellent work, Bitport! I think I will be extending that one-month trial indefinitely.

Bitport is reporting all my files as damaged and won't download to my cloud that I'm paying for.

Using Bitport for one month and very impressed with the speed of downloads. Far faster and safer than downloading locally. Love that there is an AppleTV app so can stream from there or download to device and stream from device. Customer support deserves an honourable mention also. I have found the customer support to be quick, helpful and very friendly. Highly recommend!!!

I choose this product because it put the safety into the No.1 place, which was really important when I'm living in a totalitarian country for now, and to be honest, the price is not expensive, that as a student I can also afford it.
It was designed totally compatible with the mobile client that you won't need to download any client APP or software on any platform.
Buddy in Support Team is really nice, and they are planning for a new update of this product, which means the problem can be solved later. Sometimes you need to reload the magnet link to get it functional, but this slight problem won't affect my suggestion of using this product.
You can also do a speed test in order to gain the best downloading speed to local, all of these features mean it is a really user-friendly product to use.
When the torrent was downloaded into your cloud, you will receive a notification, this will help you saving plenty of time, in my opinion. and of course you can choose to shut down is function very conveniently.
