Amazing company. Very happy.

The postage time is usually amazing but I didn't receive my last parcel. I contacted Bitiba who were amazing, the response time was incredible and a new order was sent out really quickly. Excellent communication. The range of dog treats is amazing and the prices are very competitive. I do wish more retailers did small, soft chews though as I have a 15 year old dog with 4 teeth. I would thoroughly recommend Bitiba (and have) to anyone.

Excellent service - next day delivery - much cheaper than many other dog food suppliers
Easy to order and customer service is excellent - I would certainly highly recommend them

Bitiba good stock, poor delivery, customer service got there eventually

Bitiba are a good company with great choice. The 2 things that lets them down is their main delivery partner (evri). I have had refusal to deliver due to package weight, delivered to the completely wrong address and currently 3 days being told my parcel will be going out for delivery the next working day. The second thing is their poor customer service, 2 parcels undelivered by the same courier and the second replacement has now been sent by same company. I have asked for a different courier company to collect and deliver but have been told the computer choses the delivery partner. I have had the same issues previously and the almost automatically changed courier. Well done bitiba you have lost a customer.
Update.
Bitiba customer service has been in touch. They agreed that in this instance things haven't been as should be. Finally received the goods on the 3rd attempt. 2 parcels still missing because of evri. Refund issued for the inconvenience.

Very fairly priced products

Very fairly priced products, have used them for years.
If any issues are raised ( Very rare ) this company acts immediately to make things right.
As for the delivery company EVRi they have been delivered parcels to me for years & never had one problem. 5 Stars from me for both of you.

My husband had always ordered Tolly's food …

My husband had always ordered Tolly dog's food from Bitiba . Once hubs became terminally ill he asked me to take over. Soon to be 11 yrs of age I saw no reason to change Tolly's food. Remember forgetting T's food on a four day trip away . Even though I bought James Well beloved food at the little supermarket it wasn't his usual kibble. Refusing to eat it I ended up cooking for him ! His favourite kibble comes via Bitiba. Of that we can be reassured . Always on time too

Good prices and service

Very good prices and they dispatch same day. Quick to resolve courier issues too. Also generous discounts with their loyalty card, which fills up quickly if you're buying food on subscription. Seems to be the same company as zooplus, as everything arrives in a zooplus box

I simply adore Bitiba…but I have one tiny request! 😹

Ordering from Bitiba is great and super quick, and the products are definitely cheaper than in the shops, my wallet and my pets are very happy! But if Bitiba ever wants to give something back to the community… may I kindly suggest a new distribution supplier?

Because trust me, no one — and I mean no one — wants to go treasure hunting for their parcel and to be scraping cat litter out of the delivery box like an archaeologist discovering ancient treasures. 😅

Still love you though, Bitiba!

Great prices and fast delivery

I have a regular subscription for cat litter which is a lot cheaper than I can buy anywhere else. The notification of when the next order is due is timely and delivery is quick. I am really pleased with the service I receive.

I am a repeat customer bitiba's service is always great, only once my order was missing an item they refunded me the difference and apologised, which i found professional. Orders always arrive no more than 3 days after payment.
Always stock my cats favourite food at a reasonable price.
