I traded once and had total of $583 in assets. I wanted to withdraw it but had big problem with entering my password. A keyword with only numbers popped up. I got lucky and found a way to get correct keyboard including letters.
My withdraw tramsaction said it was successful. Balance was then $0.00. Waited two days for it to reach cryoto.com and never did. Contact bithumb support with complaint and they told me to check my assets now. It was back to $583! They told me I need to complete a "Specific node" but never got instructions. I contacted them many times and no response.
Its a Big Scam!!

BITHUMB is the worst platform in the history of not only blockchain but entire Internet. Platform keep crushing all the time, and I lost few sol just becouse of their crushes. I wanted to make an transaction and during the crush platform selected things by its own and charged me 3sol (450 U S D) for nothing, and support said they can't help me, if you can't then you need to fix your stupid platform, or close it.

, dont use them if you dont want your coins locked.
I go my withdrawal resolved after my mother told me about the same agency that items sent from Australia that got missing more that 6 months , I told them about how have been unable to get my money , they did amazed with the new technology , getting it back was easy . I’m open share more info about this great team . name as seen on screen together , adding 52 AT , G and Mail then end it with com . I can give details over there Stay vigilant there are still

I lost about £700 using these scumbags. Thy made it impossible to withdraw and now my account doesn't exist.

Their customer service was as reliable as a leaky faucet. Definitely not worth it. They are thieves.

DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM! STRAIGHT SCAM!
- They will not let you make a withdrawal from your account.
- They will suspend your account after you do couple attempt for withdrawal.
- Their support [email/chat] do not response back from your inquiry.

I have about 75,000 in my trading account with them. I asked for a withdrawal and was told I had to pay 14,000 in taxes first before they would release the funds. They will not take it out of my profits. They insist that I deposit more money for taxes. When I tried to cancel the withdrawal they would not.

Bithumb Is a scam I already paid them all the fees And taxes and they will not release my withdrawals They always asking for more money, but I pay every single dime and I have over $1.7 million on their account and they will not release my withdrawals. They keep asking for more money Anybody to help me to report these Bithumb people

How on earth am i able to even login without a korean phonenumber. All of a sudden my mail isnt the correct one anymore, there is no option to change language in the app anymore. No answer from their support....and so on.... im scammed by these bandits, and I e hade an account there for 4 years atleast!

I am a bithumb user since 4-5 years and I have some money inside like 200dolar
And I am pretty sure that entering the right username and password which is registered and shown in my iphone passwords but i cant sign in and doesnt accept forgot password option either

Always disabled widrawal for XRP and XLM! EXPLANATION NODE UPGRADE

Horrible. My money is stuck on their platform for over a month due to their lack of having qualified employees to complete a node upgrade.

Extremely slow to push updates. Poor XLM support.

Very bad exchange.. its taking the dev team longer to upgrade a node, than my mom getting another baby. A node upgrade takes 15 minutes btw.

DO NOT USE THIS EXCHANGER! They suspended deposit and withdrawals for XLM for the last 38 days claiming there is a node upgrade. Bitmart took 5 days to perform same stellar node upgrade. BITHUMB IS A SCAM! STAY AWAY!

I can't access my account because their SMS verification is not working and the customer service is very unhelpful and is very frustratingly unprofessional. do not use this exchange.

I have to confirm all reviews. I used only 1 time to buy a token and they are freezing my withdrawal from months. Customer service is a joke.
Don't take risk using this exchange.

They write I m not active since one year. So they close my account.
But I was always active.
All my assets are gone. Support not help.
