Michelle noted my problems trying to take cash distributions from both my IRA and Cash account at the same time and said she will bring them to managements attention. A year after opening my cash account, I still can't find any informaton on the function and use of cash accounts on your website.
She also saw my problems trying to confirm I was who I said I was, and she got permision to use a different solution to get one of my distribuutions coming. I may go through the same problems with the other distribution today.
