Scam 100%

Paid 8.5$ but server in Kazakhstan not deployed. Scam 100%. If you want to write to support, you need to pay extra 20+$ 🤣.

Paid in BTC, VPS not delivered, support requires extra balance

I paid $8.50 in Bitcoin for a BitCloudVPS Starter VPS (Debian 12, Reykjavik). The invoice showed 'Paid — thank you!' and said the server usually goes live in about a minute. After waiting about a day, my server was still stuck on 'Provisioning', with a message saying the payment was awaiting internal processing despite the paid invoice. I could not use the server I had already paid for. Worse, the support form required a positive account balance before I could open a ticket — effectively asking for more money just to ask where my paid server is. That is unacceptable for a prepaid service. I cannot establish whether this is deliberate fraud, but it raises serious red flags. I strongly advise potential customers to avoid BitCloudVPS until the provider delivers paid servers or issues refunds. I will update this review if they resolve the problem.
